I ordered a Chile Verde Fries burrito, which should have been vegeterian. However, I realized it had steak inside as I was eating it. I went through the drive through again and asked them to clarify as I thought I ordered a vegeterian friendly iteam. They told me to pull up to the window and they would remake it. The women at the drive-though window asked for the wrong burrito back, so I handed it to her. When she comes back to the window with the new burrito she said, "next time don't eat half the burrito before you ask for a new one." I told her I took a few bites before I noticed it had steak, but I definetly didn't eat half. I wouldn't want to since I've been a vegeterian for 10 years. Then she says, "we opened the bag and we saw that you ate half it. I'm just telling you don't eat half next time." She went on to say this a few more times when I tried to explain the situation. First off, it is very unsanitary that they would request a burrito that has already been eaten of off in the first place. Opening it and going through it in a kitchen where food is being made is even worse. Plus the comments made by the worker were completly rude and unnecessary. It was like they were trying to shame me for saying something about getting the wrong order. She was also being very confrontational when I was very friendly about the...
Read moreI work nights so I decided to place a mobile order and grab it 40 minutes before closing time. I went through the drive thru which needs to be redone because it's very lopsided. There was quite a few people ahead of me but they were getting serviced fast. I got my food and rushed back to work and my goodness this was the worst Taco Bell I've ever ate from. I tried the new chicken nuggets meal that came with a taco and a chalupa. I couldn't eat that slimy chicken. The flavor was cool but the actual meat felt wrong inside my mouth so I couldn't swallow. I got a Mexican Pizza just in case I didn't like the chicken. They drowned it in enchilada sauce. I was so upset because I hadn't eaten all day so I wanted something cheap and quick that's usually good, but not at this location. I won't order from this particular location again and definitely won't be eating those special needs chicken nuggets.
Update: Within hours of eating from this location I got extremely sick. I don't know if a worker preparing my food was sick or those undercooked nuggets got me sick but either way it's not right. I had a sore throat, sweating like a mf and I was extremely cold. I developed a cough and running nose. I didn't have any symptoms before and didn't eat anything else. Please stay home if you're sick and don't spread your germs...
Read moreWhile Taco Bell is not really known for their fast service (in my experience, anyway), I was very disappointed with our visit here today. The line was actually not long, and we received our food quickly! But they gave me no receipt, and the quesadilla was BURNT and hard. We had gone through the drive-thru, but upon leaving and discovering the condition of the food, I drove around, parked and went inside. No one was manning the counter. After about a minute of standing there by myself, one lady who worked there noticed me and yelled out from the back, "What the name?" while she kept working. I was caught off guard, but just replied, "I'm not here to pick up an order." So she followed up with, "What's the issue?" I told her, and another lady asked what my order had been and subsequently printed and brought a receipt to me. But I also showed her the quesadilla and said that it was burnt, but that we would just keep it since I don't want to throw it away. She may or may not have even glanced when I showed her the burnt food, but said nothing and walked back to her post. That was it. No greeting, no apology. The customer service aspect (as well as the burnt food, ha!) was seriously lacking. Very...
