I am honestly so disappointed that service has gone down so horribly in my last visits. I love Scooters, and I have high expectations since I used to work there (not at this location).
The line is understandably long, but I stayed because I really enjoy it here. The girl taking the orders had me repeat what I wanted several times, and she wasn’t polite or rude, it was just unprofessional. “What?” was exchanged a lot. As I pull up to the window, I smile and am greeted back with “what did you order?” with the straightest, most uninterested facial expression ever. She kept insisting I ordered something I didn’t, and she never apologized for anything. I know how stressful it can be, but there’s no reason to be that rude. I hope to see that things change, but the entitlement and the lack of drive need to be corrected. A coffee sometimes is the only pick-me-up a person needs, and being greeted with this attitude does not make the experience all that much better.
All in all, the food and drinks are consistently great, but the staff should really be held accountable for situations...

I ordered a weeks ago on the app and was running behind. I didn’t know they don’t start making your drink until you’re there so there is no point of ordering ahead really. I ordered a pumpkin latte and they gave me one with no whipped cream and a completely different top. There wasn’t anyone else inside but the line outside was long. I was so confused when I saw it I didn’t think they had gave me the right one, this was after I sat waiting for a minute. When they handed me my drink I originally asked them what it was and that it looked different from the app, and they all looked so confused so I told the staff I didn’t want it and that it and walked out, they didn’t offer a refund or anything and I was already behind for work….
Now that I’ve really had a chance to go back and look I realize, I was correct. They made my drink wrong… which this would be the third time that they made my drink different than pictured on the app, with a different top and no whipped cream, etc.

After a very long time I got my luke warm mocha that tasted just llike milk. I ordered it extra hot. I am a Scooters regular and this is highly disappointing. I understand it is hard to find good help these days but you'd be better off closing the doors with this group you have working here. Couldn't wait for them to make me a new one as it took so long.
