Horrible customer service! I did a mobile order, my eta said 5:43AM. I got there and my order wasn’t ready. One working on drive thru and one working on restocking and in the back. No hello or good morning, after 5 minutes of patiently waiting on my order. Drive thru person apologize and advise they will have to get one of my items from the back. Mean while the man stand there working as if I didn’t exist.

I had a mobile order and my order was not ready and everyone else decided to work on drive thru vs the lobby who’s waiting on a mobile order pickup! So finally my last item is being work on, I left and got to work and little did I know the bag of my food was rip on the bottom and it fell out.

I’m telling you, it’s horrible customer services! I love Starbucks but this location is one of the worst for my experience and I will not return back to this location. They need more training on customer services and learn how to greet more and have...

LAST TRIP TO ANY STARBUCKS! Just like we decided not to shop at Target, we are now officially giving up Stabucks. I am in my 50's and always loved them back to their original location on the plaza in KC. Those days are over!! They are unión busters, treat their employees unfairly, and if that was not enough, now everything about their products and prices are a total sham! From the cup packed with ice and an ounce of liquid, sky rocketing prices, and TODAY no more cream based cookie crumble frap on the menu for the kids. I kid you NOT they charged me $8.00 to make a grande stating "its no longer on the menu" even though there it is for $6 on the drive-through menu ( TO CHEAP to update the menu board?) Enough is enough, so many better places around town. I'm going to start going to a local employee owned coffee shop exclusively. End of an age, but sometimes it is for the best.. Talk about...
