My wife's family has been coming to Noble House for over 15 years. When we started looking for engagement rings, Noble House was our first stop, and ended up being our last. Doug was awesome to work with, and took time to go through many rings and styles with us. We found what we thought was our perfect ring, but wanted to shop at a couple of other jewelers just to be sure.
Our experience at Noble House compared to the other well-known jewelry stores we visited was incomparable. We realized how well taken care of and appreciated we were while shopping at Noble House. One store didn't even acknowledge our presence! The other jewelry store was extremely pushy and tried to sell us a lower quality diamond and band that was more expensive than what we had found at Noble House. Needless to say, we ended our ring shopping back at Noble House. I told Doug on my way out the door that he had gained a customer for life, and 2 years later, this is still very much the case. As of this post, we have referred three different couples to Noble House, all of whom ended up purchasing their engagement rings from them.
Noble House is my first stop for special occasions and gifts for my wife. Every time I stop in, I feel welcomed, appreciated and prioritized by Zoe, Doug and their entire staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and encourage you to stop in at Noble House for any of your...
Read moreHands down the best jeweler. I’ve truly never been treated so well. My husband and I refer everyone to them because we know that they will always be taken care of. Everyone there is friendly and they each have a wealth knowledge; you can also tell that they love what they do and love when people walk away happy. Not to mention you’re never pressured into buying (such a relief); and they will be waiting for your return with smiles on their faces. The variety that is available is astounding; not to mention they have some metals that I have only been able to find with them. Now-a-days when jewelry stores get a bad wrap for swapping out real stones for fakes and hollowing out metals that should be solid it’s important to check who owns the jewelry store (bank owned VS independently owned). I love that Noble House is family owned and family ran. I feel so blessed that my husband got my engagement ring and wedding band from them. While all of my closest friends have had to deal with fake stones and hollowed or fake metals, I have not had one single problem and have had the best experience possible. All those friends I just mentioned, I referred to Noble House and they were taken care of far and beyond what they were expecting. And like me, Noble House is the only place they do jewelry...
Read moreI have shopped exclusively at Noble House Jewelry for more than 25 years. I religiously send my friends and family there. I have always been beyond pleased with the price and quality of the jewelry I have purchased at Noble House. Low pressure sales. The owners Zoe and Doug regularly are in the store working with customers. They work to understand your budget and you absolutely get the most for your dollar. On the rare occasion I have had an issue, their service has also been top notch. On one particular instance my wife lost an unusual stone from a pendant. They were able to match it and repair it perfectly. You can't go wrong at Noble House! They are also fabulous consultants. My wife wanted a softer stone for her wedding ring. She never takes it off and is very active. Not only did they help design the ring they also recommended we purchase insurance on the ring given they type of stone and setting and my wife's activity level. In two years we filed two claims on the ring when it was damaged. The insurance was a life saver. Several thousand in repairs and $160 in premiums over two years -...
