Taco Bell — Restaurant in Overland Park

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I love Taco Bell but this location is an embarrassment. This location is brand new while sitting in the drive thru half of their electronic menu blacked out. It was out for several minutes so if someone didn’t know what they wanted and had to look at the menu that was an issue. I know that they just opened but the employees should still have manners and respect. I ordered two burrito supremes but one without onions and they didn’t mark which was which. The cashier said he didn’t know and had a major attitude when asked why they weren’t marked. I don’t understand why the people making the food wouldn’t mark the one without onion like they do at other locations. I also got a Pepsi that tasted like absolutely horrible. Definitely won’t EVER visit this location again. They just literally threw it in the corner because the drive thru is horrible, parking is horrible, the employees don’t care and the food and drink are beyond horrible. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else besides this...

This taco bell is actually pretty good… if you go dine in or drive thru. From what i read, the doordash orders hasn’t been going well at all.

But, since im only talking about my experience here, i wont let that deduct any stars.

Got the crunchwrap and chips with nacho cheese sauce. The crunchwrap was fresh out of the oven and everything was actually hot. If you’ve had experience with fast food before, having hot and fresh food from one is actually surprising.

Nacho cheese was like molten lava for 2 minutes, but it cooled down after that. Really good.

Staff were very friendly and brought us our hot food in 2 minutes.

Now, the downside. The self-order machine. The screens were all sticky and it was tedious to click on an item. Spent a good 10 minutes there…

My wife sends her sincere thanks to the staff of this Taco Bell since they have finally managed to do what she has been unable to... I can say with 99% certainty that I will never eat Taco Bell again.

Even the air felt dirty. There was trash piled up against the wall, one employee went from doing dishes, to adjusting an overflowing trash can liner, to preparing food while wearing the same gloves while the shift manager went from making food, to taking an order, to handling money, to pulling his phone from his back pocket to write a text while on his way back to make more food, again- while wearing the same pair of gloves the whole time.
