Hello Panda Expeess.
We are not a big fan of panda express because of their oily nature in the food and also it is not that tasty or yummy at all but looks wise. It looks very classy and it looks like mouthwatering items.
But we thought to give a try and we entered into this panda express , their ambience their place locality and the cleanliness is everything in shape, but I don’t see any more rush in the store.
Having people or customers in the restaurant place a very major role it means people like your food if there is no one in the restaurant and if all the chairs are empty, it means people are diverting from your place.
We tried to eat something called vegetarian fried rice 🍚, but unfortunately, they are not making any items. They are simply loading the items in the form of buffet and in the rice there is an egg so we end up not eating the fried rice.
The only which item that we see here is
— Chow noddles
There is no salt at all, and even we requested them for salt 🧂 , but they didn’t offered.
Well, it’s not their mistake because it’s their model or theme of cooking items in such a way so no negative vibes but I feel like if Indians are coming to eat then I wish they could re-create the food .
And unfortunately, as for the panda express rules, they cannot redo the food. They have to follow some standard processes and showcase those items in the buffet.
Feedback for restaurant
— Make sure you make the food so yummy and soon we will try to come to eat your non vegetarian items.
Thank you so much 😊

Read moreReally disappointed. Live in the area and generally go to the local Chinese restaurant (who are great) but was in a hurry and decided to drive through Ordered the "Bigger plate" with orange chicken, broccoli and beef and the shrimp. The person who took my order was rude. When I drove off "I" told her to have a nice day..... Not her. She had places to be apparently. Opening my container I had. Plenty of chicken, a container of shrimp and a section of broccoli. What was missing? Beef. Went back in and asked for the manager. I was told there was no manager. I asked who was in charge and they each looked at each other. Finally a worker ( (the rude one that took my order) pointed at one of the young men I asked if he was in charge and he replied.... "I can be. I guess " I could go on but what's the point. Take the time and go to the local Asian restaurant run by an awesome, local Asian family, not this corporate fast food chain that doesn't even have leadership on site. Embarrassing and shameful.
As an aside.... None of the reviews are followed up with any comments by management, probably because there is no management and they literally don't care. I will never go back to this or any other location...
Read moreUpdate Decided to give this location another try since it is much closer than the one on 135th. Placed a mobile order at 10:40am and received email confirmation that the order will be ready around 10:52am. I get there at 10:59 and am told it is not ready and to park in the drive-thru spot and someone will bring it out to me. 11:04 I receive a text saying my order is ready so I'm thinking someone will be out with my food shortly. 11:09 with no food so I finally go inside to find the doors are locked. After waiting a bit, an employee opens the door to let me in. Again, I am told that my order is not ready. I ask to speak with a manager and am told there is no manager there. I eventually get my order at 11:16. All signs point to poor management and it doesn't look like it will change. I guess I'm going to the one at 135th or just won't go at all. Not worth the hassle.
This location can't seem to get things right. Been there 3 times and had issues every time. This last time I did not receive the full order of what I paid for, but didn't realize it until I got home. I like the food, but I'm just going to have to find an alternative as this location is too...
