Oleg has taken care of all of our personal computers and business computers and networking well. Anytime we have an issue at our business we call him and he arrives within an hour or so to fix our issues. He is a one man show, so I see some reviews about him not being there during business hours, because he is more than likely at an on-site emergency call. Very knowledgeable! People don't realize how tough it is to run a small business especially if you're the only one. He is not a big corporation like best buy and is waaayyy cheaper than them. Oleg is very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and beyond fair. I took him our families 2010 Apple iMac that would not boot up. I took it to the Apple Store in Leawood and they would not troubleshoot, service or repair the device because of its age. They were only interested in selling me an newer model.
