If I could leave a 0 star review I would! I order from here about 5-10 times a month. It WAS my families favorite go to. Tonight I ordered using DoorDash and my order was not complete. I was instructed to contact the restaurant which I did. I talk to a woman (did not catch her name) who when I explained what happened became very rude and hateful. Every time I would try to talk to ask a question she would yell over me to speak I was not using a loud voice. She just kept telling me the same thing over and over again and she she gave me free stuff (I ordered sweet and sour chicken and and EXTRA order of the sweet and sour sauce and it only came with one sauce) when I explained I ordered an extra she told me no I didn’t. She would not listen to me and I finally got fed up and hung up. Contacted my doordash driver who told me it was most likely a misunderstand bc doordash sometimes calls the restaurants to place the orders. Which is what happened. While I was on the phone with my driver the woman called me back and told me to come pick up my sweet and sour sauce and she’d give it to me for free when I asked if they got the orders online or over the phone she said over the phone. I told her that it was just a misunderstanding and apoligized for getting upset but told her she couldn’t talk to customers like she did and that I didn’t get upset until she wouldn’t stop being rude she said she had a customer in front of her and that she was busy when I called and that is why she was yelling at me. When i told her she could have placed me on hold she got upset and started to yell at me again and talk over me again. I will never eat here again. Which sucks bc I love their food but I won’t be treated like this when I was not being rude or hateful to her just trying to figure out what happened with my order. I have contacted doordash and have figured it out on that end but I am overly upset about how hateful...
Read moreGreat place for Chinese food. Staff were very helpful in getting my order personalized to my West Coast asian palate. Food was outstanding. Shrimp was perfect and I didn't have to re-hydrate the rice. Fried dumplings were great (browned but not hard as a carp). This is our new go-to Chinese restaurant. There is dine-in, but not many tables.
Update:
I’m not exact sure what happened but Asiana has slipped significantly in the past year. Still good service, but the food is just average with portions smaller, a lack of premium ingredients (shrimp, beef, etc) and more fillers than before. All with higher prices for less food.
Not again.
Update (again): The store must have changed hands. The inside looks redone and cleaner. The food was outstanding. Plenty of premium ingredients this time and can now be considered a good value for...
Read moreSeasons express is our families favorite, but they are closed on Tuesdays so we were looking for a place that would compare. This was a good choice. Called it in. Was ready quickly. Bourbon chicken was amazing. Wasn't a fan of the egg rolls but everything else was good. Wontons were much more substantial as far as size and filling go... that was a plus. Son ordered the sweet and sour chicken since this is breaded chicken putting in a container that further steams the chicken as you drive home made it soggy but nothing a couple minutes in the convection oven couldn't fix. Overall was pleasantly surprised. The lady that took the order over the phone was a little abrasive, but not "rude". She was firm, and direct...
