I would to start off by stating I REALLY REALLY DO NOT LIKE GIVING 1 STAR REVIEWS. But certain situations truly call for it and unfortunately my visit today is one of those situations. I pulled into the drive thru at roughly 2:27(Only know the time because I'm on my lunch break) anyways there was a car in front of me and we sat there for about 5-7mins before the car in front finally moved on. I pull up to the window and I'm not greeted at all. No, "Apologize about the wait", no "I'll be right with you" nothing at all. Anyways, I sit there for roughly 3 mins without hearing anything. I decide to move up as well. There was a truck at the window, a car then myself. I sit about a min because I have to start heading back to work. So as I'm pulling out of line there was a car hop and another girl with a headset on. I asked her if there was a problem with the drive thru speaker because the car in front was waiting for awhile before he pulled up and I also waited awhile before pulling up. This girl looks at me and says "No, the drive through speaker is fine. I would assume u would have a long wait seeing how there is only one person with a headset" then just turned around and walked back inside. I mean EXTREMELY RUDE. So I pull around into a stall, press the button wait literally 8mins before someone gets on the speaker, I give her my order, and I'm asking about mustard this whole time she is talking over me and give the total then just disconnects from the speaker not allowing me to finish my sentence. The car hop who brought out my food was SUPER SWEET AND NICE.

I'm not sure what was going on today with this girl but she sure left a really bad taste in my mouth about coming back here and I come here like 2-3x a...

Literally the worst sonic I have ever been to. And trust me, I've been to many since I move around and travel quite a bit. I don't think I've ever been to a bad sonic before actually, but this one is straight up terrible! Ever since the previous manager left in the beginning of 2022, it's been awful. Most of the time I literally just want mozzarella sticks but they can't even manage that! Literally every. Single. Time. I. Go they taste like they've been sitting out. They're soggy and even the cheese won't do that string thing which Literally ONLY ever happens when it's been sitting out. I don't even go during happy hour because I've been told by a previous employee not to go during happy hour between 2 and 4 because that's the worst time to get fresh food because yall actually do let it sit out. I've even tried going late at night when no one is really there and they still have clearly been sitting out. If yall keep going down this road, yall will soon find yourselves out of business because no one will come here. No one wants to eat something that isn't fresh and soggy when it's supposed to be hot and crispy. I refuse to come back to this location because it's just disgusting. And it's not even the long waits because I seriously don't mind the long wait, I just want something tasty. So congratulations, of all the sonics I've ever been to, yall are officially the first I'll ever refuse to go to again. And don't send me that typical response of your corporates number or whatever it is that I keep seeing you reply with on other bad reviews. Actually listen and actually change something and not sweep it...

Store number 5159 Brook employee I went to this store on August 17 at 4:00 PM. I am in the process of placing my order after we already waited five minutes for them to answer the call. This was after school. I understand the rush I wasn’t upset I was very patient. Brooke answers the red button finally and I proceeded to give her my order. She then stops me and says that she’s running the window in the stalls. I understand that I take a breath and I exhale. And she proceeds to tell me you’re more than welcome to go to 86 Street in Owasso. I let her know that that was very rude to say and she proceeded to tell me that I sighed really loudly in her ear. I was having problems breathing because I’m recovering from pneumonia and I was trying not to cough in her ear. At that point she got a little bit more hateful on the stall so I just left. I have family that works for sonic and I even have family that owns little pieces of sonics franchise and have an employee like that that store can do better, I’m very disappointed in this employee specially when it comes to customer service if you’re feeling overwhelmed that you snap at a customer, maybe you should have somebody else come up and help you either do the window or answer the stalls but they’ve lost a customer and yes, I am notifying corporate and I’m notifying the other family member that actually owns little pieces of sonic

ZERO STARS. First and last time here. I ordered two chili cheese footlongs and fries. When I pulled up to the drive thru window, it was nasty. Crusty food and what looked like mold on the window ledge. I peered through the dingy window to see what it looked like inside and it looked like they haven't swept or cleaned in weeks. When the woman handed me my food, her hands looked like she had been rebuilding a transmission in the back, not handling food. I drove home thinking gee, I sure hope I dont get sick. When I opened my food up, the fries looked and tasted like they were cook in three week old oil. The chili on the coneys was black and burnt like maybe it was a few days old. I returned to the store and told her I would not eat this vile food and described what was wrong, including the nasty window legde she was serving food through. I had taken a picture I will share of the window and mess inside. This place is unhealthy and nasty looking, not going to find out about how nasty the food is. DEFINITELY won't be back. Don't they have a health department inspection in this state? Then I came here to leave a review and ALL the reviews are pretty much same as mine. They should just bulldoze this health hazard and rebuild.

I wish I could give this Sonic zero stars! I ordered a Flamingo drink through their app, parked in the designated spot, and waited a staggering 25 minutes. Instead of bringing out my drink promptly, a lady came out yelling for "Jeff!"—to which I couldn't help but wonder if they even knew what stall I was in since it was all clearly indicated on my order. When she finally delivered my drink, she claimed they were unsure how to make it! Seriously? How can you not know how to make one of your specialty drinks? This is Sonic we're talking about! It's not like it's a complicated cocktail; it should be in their playbook. And then, when I took a sip of my "Flamingo," it was nothing more than a watered-down cherry Sprite. This is beyond unacceptable. If they can’t even get their signature drinks right, what’s the point? I’m incredibly disappointed in the service and quality. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. I won't be returning!

Terrible👎🏼 repeated my drink 3 times and they still couldn’t enter in what I wanted. Asked for ocean water, sweat cream, vanilla, and real strawberries.
