Subway — Restaurant in Owasso

Like others I have had the same experience with this subway. When I went on 8/16 two young kids were running the store. As soon as we walk in one of them says “you here for a mobile order”. I told him no and his other coworker replied and said “okay well it will be a while before we can get to you because we have a lot of online orders,” I asked how long, he replied 5 minutes. I was fine waiting for that but it just came off so hard.

While waiting we were sitting down since it was gonna be 5 minutes I didn’t want to stand over them. While they were wrapping up their online orders a lady walks in and goes straight to the counter and they begin to assist here completely disregarding us. I’m not gonna be the one to get into a confrontation over whose first or not because the employee could of simply said “let me talk care of them real quick as they were already waiting, then we will be with you” instead they left me and the other customer in an awkward situation.

Once we were able to get our food the worker was nice and seemed a bit empathetic after realizing. An online order walks in and they ask the same “you here for an online order” instead of a proper greeting. They offer to give them a free drink since they have to wait for it to be made, at that point he then said you guys can have one too. Which almost infuriated me as if he is gonna offer drinks he just offers it to the online orders who wait little to no time.

My key take aways from this subway is it’s unprofessionally ran. No real management on duty especially at 9PM, just teenagers. They care way more about online orders than actual in store customers which is mind boggling. The only thing keeping it open is the food is consistent, at least...

3 times I have gone in the last 6 months……

Every single time I have had a mishap…..

Always thru the drive thru……

First time….. the bread was hard as rock…. I chalked that up to the game and said to myself… hey, sometimes you just get a bad order…..

The second time…. I literally sat at the drive thru window and saw a girl on her phone in the back…. When she finally came to the window to take my order, we got halfway thru my order and she literally froze….. I’m like is everything okay? I couldn’t believe what came out of her mouth next…. She said, I haven’t been properly trained and don’t know how to take that item off or go back… I’m like okay? How about you ask that other guy? She said my manager is annoyed with me and told me he wasn’t going to help me the rest of the night….

I said… Well what do you want me to do? She said, if you want, go to another subway to get your sandwich, I’m really sorry…. She was mortified. She literally had to tell me to go to another subway to get my food…… I sat there in disbelief for a few seconds and contemplated going in and confronting the middle aged male manager… I just left… and told myself I would never go there again….

Today I decided to give it another try….. Simple…. Turkey sandwich on white with ranch and veggies…..

I get home….. a damn TUNA!!! Sandwich…..

I don’t even write reviews….. I am in disbelief of how poorly run this establishment is…. Is Jared running this one from prison or something? I could train my dog and the rabbit who frequently visits my yard to run it better….

I wouldn’t be surprised if the next person gets Cheerios...

Go literally anywhere else, the nearest dumpster will probably be better than this " Subway ".

Absolute worst subway I've ever gone to, terrible staff, there was a woman working who was taking forever to make my food and I wasn't even greeted once I entered. ( 10+ minutes for 3 basic sandwiches )

One of the tables was extremely dirty with rotting lettuce and sandwich crumbs, the table overall looked like it hadn't been cleaned for hours.

I saw at least three flies just having the time of their life chilling in the ingredients bar, with one even on a sandwich that was being made for a customer using the drive-thru, if only they knew.

There were three workers in total, two making sandwiches and one basically standing around doing nothing in the back.

Some random guy came in and said "these look better than they did yesterday, I may come back", and proceeded to leave. He looked to be referring to the tuna salad.

Overall the crummiest " Subway " I've ever been to my entire life, and the only way I'll ever go back is if my life is...
