Went through the drive through today and the line of vehicles were pretty long, but NOT extremely long, people were driving over the curbs and leaving, one girl out taking orders, we had to wait a good 20+ minutes. The young men in making the drinks were having to look at ingredients and seemed there was quite a bit of confusion. One of our drinks was 'as it should be' and the other was not like a frap and little bit of pea size chips of ice, but in no means was it cold, was equivalent to a drink that's been sitting around for an hour or so. I noticed the windows were busted out and boards put up in the windows. My main question is 'where and who is Management/Owner? This certainly can not be good for a business that hasn't been in business here for very long! We enjoy this product in CO and as we travel. To say I was disappointed is an understatement! Not worth it! 😕 I've lived in the area for 61 years, people around here are fickle, if they get a bad experience, they may not come back, or they may give them a second chance and then never come back if it's more of the same. Their golden eagle comes premixed with a preset amount of caffeine in it which is too strong for me.
When I ask for a single shot, they just give me the premix. So the next time I ask for an iced golden eagle with a single shot and for them to blend it… i still get the premix blend or the one time i got it was heavily iced and lots of ice pieces. There were many more times I had tried to get what I was asking but I’m giving up.
Also, the premix consistency is like slurping on sugar granules, it’s not enjoyable, it’s not what you would think to be blended. Blended is smooth, velvety, and easy. The premix is not it.
I have tried so many times and different ways to order the most basic beverage and the only time I got it right was one person… when i tried to order it again it took them 5-10 minutes to give me what i didnt ask for. I’m not trying to be hateful, the staff is normally friendly but I think they have difficulty understanding instructions.
The service is also not great and not fast. I am not sure what takes them so long if they are serving premixed beverages, why is the wait in line so long? Is it perhaps they get beverages wrong like ones i order?...
Read moreFirst and last time customer. Pulled into drive thru at 7:47am and was greeted by a young man taking orders. There were only about 5 cars ahead and, seemed to be moving smoothly. I ordered my drink and a breakfast item and then frustration began to set in not long afterwards. There were two vehicles who received their iced drinks and left the line (which was totally fine), the frustration was because the Owasso Police Officer sat at the pick up window for a minimum of 10 minutes and what appeared to be, one of the workers leaning out the window talking. FINALLY she handed him a tall iced coffee. Then, the car in front of me had to wait for their coffee for a while and then I got to the window and mine wasn't even made! They seemed to have absolutely NO CLUE what was happening as they handed me my coffee they wished me a good day....almost without my breakfast item. I finally pulled out of the drive thru at 8:18am!
