We walked in today and, surprise, nobody was at the front counter. No big deal, we figured weâd just order at the kiosk. Not a single employee greeted us, acknowledged us, or acted like we even existed. Whatever, weâve come to expect the lack of hospitality at this particular store.
After placing our order, I stood at the counter waiting for the drink cups I just paid for so I could get my drink while my food was being made. I could see a group of your employees in the back, clearly busy, but several of them made eye contact with me and chose to ignore me. Not one word. Not even a âhey, weâll be right with you.â Just blank stares and zero effort.
Thatâs an interesting tactic, really. I run a parts and service department at a large dealership nearby, and I cannot imagine a world where my employees make eye contact with a customer and donât say a single thing. Thatâs not just bad service â itâs blatant disrespect.
Eventually, I gave up and sat down to wait for my food. Sure enough, my name was called, my food was tossed on the counter, and again â no drink cups. I asked the young man who dropped the food for the cups. He handed me one of the two cups I paid for and then walked off before I could say anything else.
At this point, I waved down another employee â a guy with greasy hair and a dirty mustache â and asked him for the second cup. He didnât say a word, just rolled his eyes, grabbed a cup, and plopped it on the counter like I was a major inconvenience to his very important job of standing around.
This kind of experience has unfortunately become the norm at this location, but todayâs visit was one of the worst. If you arenât going to have someone working the register, fine. But the rest of the crew should be trained to step up and treat paying customers like humans. This was ridiculous.
Not looking for a coupon or a canned apology â just hoping someone reads this and realizes how low the...

I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at the Taco Bell in Owasso, Oklahoma, compels me to share the utter disappointment I encountered.
My wife visited the drive-thru and ordered a Mexican pizza, which is usually a satisfying treat. However, upon opening the box at home, we were greeted with what can only be described as a culinary disaster. The pizza looked as if it had been dropped on the floor and hastily placed back in the box without a second thought. It was a shocking display of carelessness that left us both disgusted.
Taco Bell has always been a go-to for quick bites, but this incident has made it abundantly clear that they have lost any sense of quality control or customer care. The lack of attention to detail and the standards we expect from a national chain is simply unacceptable.
As a result of this experience, I can confidently say that Taco Bell in Owasso has lost a customer for life. If attention to food presentation and quality is not a priority for them, I would urge others to think twice before dining here. Save your money and your appetite for somewhere that values...
Read moreThis place is great to go to during the daytime hours (I think having a manager there makes a difference) however IF YOU GO EVEN PAST 8PM on any night expect to not have the best service or food. I am a taco bell LOVER trust me! but the other night Sunday 04.17.2022at 10:30ish i went and they did not cook my quesadilla and i asked for extra jalapeno sauce trust me i love the extra sauce but idk if this was suppose to be a joke on them but there was so much sauce it completely ruined it more sauce then cheese and chicken. issues with the tacos are always there. they are not even half way filled and either broken or soggy. I did a receipt review once to win the $500 and it asked in that review if my taco was filled half way with the meat and lettuce and cheese because that is how all and every taco should be made I put a hard NO bc it is never this way. I get it they don't want to work nights, however I feel you should still get the best service...
