Hateful employee. I absolutely love ss calizone I used to go to mannford just to have it. However recently they have put out coupons (thank god) for a large pizza for $9 and a calizone for $7 or 8. Now I order the same thing every time, 1 lg pizza 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni, one reg calizone and another calizone with black olives. I have ordered this probably close to 10 times and never had an issue with using the coupons on my order. They never even ask me for the coupons when I pick it up. Now this afternoon I called and ordered the same thing, and the woman who took my order said I could only use one coupon, when I told her that I always use a coupon for each item she very politely, threw a fit, and even asked me "where are you getting all of these coupons?" As if I have a secret lab where I make coupons. I said I get them from you all.Then she said she couldn't let me use a coupon on the second calizone because I wanted to add something to it, I said obviously I would pay the cost of adding a topping and once again it had never been an issue before. She realized that all I was doing was asking for consistency (which seems to make less and less sense to people these days) and let it go...so I thought. So I pick it up and bring it home and my calizone is so salty I can't even eat it, like someone poured garlic salt all over the inside of my pizza. I have a very high tolerance for salt. I LOVE salty things but this was obviously done as punishment for asking for her to use these coupons to save me $3. Which at the end of the day I don't see how letting a customer save a few bucks affects her in any way, other than her losing control of a situation, which really seems to bother women in managerial positions. Get my pizza and calzone and pay for it but there was no ranch. He gave me 2 ranch containers and I asked for a few more and he said that he wasn’t even suppose to give me those. I paid $2 for more things of ranch. He got them and when he got back I wanted to let him know that it is fine to pay for ranch but he should have let me know on the phone and that’s when he freaked out saying I did not say that on the phone and getting into a confrontation with me. I said I would not be back and started to walk out he started cussing and yelling.
I work retail so I get some people have bad days but when I’m calm and just trying to let someone know they should be upfront I shouldn’t have been treated like that. Again I totally get paying extra for ranch and happily would have payed up front...
Read moreI just called to try to place a order and A guy answered and said it's a 25 minute. Wait then just hung up so so I didn't know if he meant it would be 25 minutes before. Our food would be ready or 25 minutes before we could place a order. So I? Tried calling back 7. Different times? Then he finally picked up again and I asked him. Did You mean we couldn't place an order for 25 minutes or the order? Wouldn't be ready for 25 minutes? And he said he couldn't take any orders for another 25 minutes. So I asked should I just try back in a hour or so and all? He responded was yeah sure. Then click again I just don't understand how employees act at fast food places.
