On July, 16, 2017, I ordered a large hand tossed at 4:55 p.m. in the evening. I was told that it would be a 35 minute wait for delivery. I was perfectly fine with that. At 5:40 p.m., I called to check on the status of our pizza. The young man who answered stated it left 5 minutes ago. I told him that I will check the temperature when it arrives. I will not by a cold pizza. He stated that was fine. I asked him to inform his supervisor. At 5:47 p.m., the pizza was delivered, the young man who delivered the pizza handed me the receipt and asked me to sign it. I asked the young man when did you leave the store with the pizza. He responded just now. I stated I called at 5:40 p.m. and I was told it left 5 minutes ago (5:35 p.m.) He stated that he didn't know why I was told that and he is just the delivery guy. I asked him again, and not to lie, when did it leave the store. He again said just now. I asked him to pull the pizza out, which he complied. I opened the box, and immediately noticed that two pieces of pizza each had a bite taken out of them (I could see the teeth marks) (I should have taken a picture but my phone was down stairs). I asked the driver what was that. He stated he didn't know. I told him that I refuse to buy a pizza that someone has already taken bites from. The driver stated that was fine. I told him that I was going to call his supervisor and tell him that I was not going to buy the pizza and I will never order from them again. At 5:52 p.m., I called and talked to the supervisor Zach. I stated what happened. I told him that I was not going to buy the pizza and I will never order from them again. Zach reverse the charges, and stated that he will have a voided receipt delivered within 5 minutes. I told Zach to put it in between the door because I was going to drive to Domino's and buy a pizza there. Which I did. Upon my return home, my wife told me that the voided receipt had not been delivered yet. We enjoyed our hot, fresh Domino's pizza and at 7:01 p.m., I called the store and Zach answered the phone. I asked for two things, 1. where was my voided receipt and 2. I wanted the owners number. Zach stated that the driver said that the receipt had been delivered. I stated that we have been watch out the window and have check inside the door. No receipt. Zach stated that he will have another one delivered. He then refused to give me the owners number however he will take my contact information and have the owners call me. I gave my info to Zach. At 7:12 p.m. the receipt was delivered.
We have had 4 issues with this store. Three of the four were quickly resolved however, this time, after seeing bites taken out of the pizza, that was the most unprofessional ordeal I have experienced and with zero resolution. If I owned that store, I would have cleaned house that night. Hence why I will never order from them again.

Read moreApparently Pizza Hut has changed their crust, I recently ordered a stuffed crust and the crust was absolutely disgusting. It's dry and flavorless and hard is cardboard. Apparently they no longer have seasoning on their crust. I read somewhere that they changed their dough overall, well it's disgusting and they need to change it back. Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza place, sadly I will no longer be eating there because of these changes. At least not their pizza anyway. Edit: okay, how many "second chances" can you give one place? I have ordered different types of pizza several different times since I initially noticed their crust had changed. Still am not impressed. 😞 I tried the cheesy bites pizza, They cooked it too long. All the cheese from the cheesy bites spilled out And I was left with cheese-less hard bites of crust. Called in , and they had me on hold for 8 minutes, ok, then manager says we cant honor that code because they have to see it in store ( im doing delivery) I offered to show the driver the coupon code and they refused. There is such a disconnect from online to in store, you all need to get your act together. There are literally 9 other pizza places that will gladly take my business. And if your free breadsticks promo doesn't work, then DONT OFFER IT FOR SOMEONES BIRTHDAY. YOU SUCK PIZZA HUT.
