They have a variety of ice cream plus toppings or mix ins for your ice cream creation. You can be simple or more complex but they can handle it. I love their cookie dough Flurry, smoothies, and flavor burst ice cream. I honestly don't think there is ever a bad choice! 😁 I love the outdoor seating to enjoy your ice cream! They have umbrellas to keep you somewhat cool in the hot sun. Some fun pics can be taken at the huge ice cream statue. It's also fun just to watch the cars drive by.

Well I have been going to the Scream for years and then the new owners took over . Whenever I have gone I have always requested a wide cup for a pup cup because my dogs tongue is extra wide and I have always got it until my last two visits. I was told by the owner specifically that they never have done this . I said I would even purchase a hand scoop cup and Alyssa told me it would screw up her inventory. Then she told me that dogs in the wild made due with what they had . Then she told my son that in order to have a large pup that she would half to train all 16 employees on how to put the right amount of ice cream in a larger cup . This was the service I got from the owner, not from any of the employees. If you own a dog I would start going to the Blast . Ps . If you watch the pup cup videos you can clearly see on three occasions a large cup being used for...

I ordered a twist cone. I noticed a sign showing a confetti dip cone, and said, "oh, you have dipped cones?" She said yes, so I switched my order to a CHOCOLATE dip cone. I was given a confetti dipped cone. I wasn't going to complain and just eat it-but I did not like the flavor. I went to the window to return it and get what I ordered and was told they do not have chocolate dip- only confetti. I said well she should've told me that when I ordered. I was told "she probably didn't hear you." (Uhh-she heard the rest of my order) They refused to remake it for me. Said I would have to repay. It clearly was not my error/ but the person who rang me up. VERY poor...
