Arby's — Restaurant in Owensboro

3 days ago I was visiting this area shopping & swang by this Arbys location upon getting my food etc the young man was handing me my change and tried to small talk me saying I looked familiar so I was like really? Oh thats nice so I didn’t realize he was distracting me from looking at my change and shorted me $4 I was nearly 10 mins away going towards my house and I actually should have turned around and went back and made them make it right immediately! I called instead which no employee encouraged me to come back they just said well we will look at the cash register tonight. So I finally get to talk to the manager who is also new to the store under 1yr experience & I told him it makes sense that he’s unaware that some of his employees are probably crooks, thieves. Im very upset I wont be visiting this location again. They can keep the $4 change filthy...

Went threw the drive threw ordered a large poppers with bronco sauce and 2 med shakes. Got up to window and payed and when I received my food I told the guy at window our shakes were not correct he ignored me and shut the window. I parked my car and went inside talk to the manager he just gave me some excuse and said he told him so. He didn't say sorry he didn't try make it right. What the heck is going on. All I want is what I paid for. Cant order on app as if their out of something they charge you for you dont get your money back. This is stupid compared to what is going on...

Well, to put it frankly, the experience was something to be forgotten. A drink tray apparently is one of those things that's mystical, magical, and overly difficult to find. To say the least don't ask them to operate the thing for you it seems to be a tad confusing. Add to that, the genius working drive-through that does not need to work anywhere. To be frank the facility would be far better off with that particular individual just disappeared. Rude and callus are...
