GameStop — Local services in Owensboro

I would highly recommend, if you like your money to never ever purchase a refurbished system from any gamestop. Whoever their 3rd party is, (which btw, they have no idea) is messing up the refurbishing process. My system overheats regularly. It shuts itself down. It could technically happen all day long. I have to let the system cool off, only for it to heat right back up in 3 min. The internal fan screams, and it overheats. Good times. I suppose I will begin the furtherance of this process, however in the meantime, I'd any of yall read this, save you money or buy new.

It should be noted that my issue isn't with any of the employees of this location. The do their jobs well and are a lot of help. My issue is with the corporate structure and who they decide to contract. Anything electronic takes massive attention to detail. Something I think is left out of the "bottomline". Insufficient and rude staff. There was only 1 woman working, and it was only me and one family at the register, I came in during their transaction. I apparently stood in the wrong place because I've never been to this location before, and instead of just helping me anyway as I was stood there 10 minutes before the other people had even entered the store she told me to go to the back of the line since I was in the wrong place. Seeing I was stopping by during a lunch break from my own job, I had to leave without buying anything. When she finished the original transaction, she was clearly pissed off and slamming drawers and things across the counters after a customer decided not to sign up for a membership. She was complaining that her boss was going to be upset she hadn't taken her lunch since it had been so busy and...

Game stop has it's downside that all gamers know. types of warranty issues/ seemingly disappearing ink on receipts( and or easly worn off numbers or laters). Cheep tricks and underhanded tactics... But that is business. It's worth note alot of the issue are not the employees fult but company it self that force's on them. Féel free to look in to this more but know my 1🌟 is made up of the 4🌟 i give the employees as they to try to be help full, but -3 🌟 to gamestop and ita policys that cant be ignored.
