Read moreI don’t recommend this place at all. The midnight crew may be the worse there is. We order 3 MVP and a Strawberry waffle platter. All the bacon for each order came out so burnt. The pancake came out doughy and was presented terribly. Portions was not right. Each had less than the other. Mother’s plate was wrong in eggs. Her plate went back. Then they brought her plate back with just eggs no potatoes nothing. The lady that worked next to cook was shady and nasty as I ever seen. She dropped some stuff out of refrigerator. She picked it up and laid it on counter. Well in her gloves she was food prepping it wasn’t changed. She looked around to see if any customers seen it. She didn’t think you can see what they do by watching to top. She kept working in those gloves touching food. I was disgusted at this point. The cook couldn’t get any of order right. Which didn’t matter cause waitress left it in pick up area for awhile til she brought it to our table to be all wrong or over cooked temps were cold. Not got food at all. I was against going here since last time was just as bad as this time. This time it was gross not clean and a lot of messy tables. Mother insisted so we gave it another chance. The worse experience. Dirty forks giving to table sat down pancakes and we had to wait til we got up ourselves to find syrup. The restrooms must been the worse we ever had seen. We took our chances with hand sanitizer at table cause we would have had got sick trying to use their facility. Not clean at all. I’m sure if health department would work at night this place be shut down. Wander how many workers would pass drug test a lot of them seem to be pretty out there. I’m sure they know all this and still allow to let these workers work. Since no one wants to work anymore. They all blame stuff on others. We go out a lot and so does our family and friends. But after this experience like the past we all agree we won’t go back. Waste of...
Read moreOk, so very disappointed here!!! If I could leave a minus star I would. This place deserves 0 stars and is a disgrace to the Huddle House name. Prior to last night's experience I have called numerous times to place an order and the phone rings and rings. One time I called on the way to the store 24 times, then the phone was mysteriously busy. When I arrived I was told they didn't know what was "going on" with the phone. They left my biscuits and gravy out of the order and burnt my wife's hashbrowns and omelet. On another occasion we ordered extra sausage and it was not provided even though I paid for it. WELL.. tonight TOPS it all!!!! They will never get another dime of my hard earned money. After I tried calling again.... no surprise DID not answer!!! I drove up to the restaurant and there was a sign on the door that said closed till 12 am. Ok, it was 12:01. I walked in and saw 3 employees and went to the restroom. I came back out and the cashier, Jessie, asked if I was with Door Dash. I told her no, I wanted to place an order to go. She said they were closed till 1 am. I questioned her about the sign on the door and she said she crossed out the 12 and changed it till 1. I asked her why and she said point blank the other shift didn't leave them with anything. Not apologetic whatsoever, just basically not gonna serve me. It made me feel VERY unwanted. That's ok, Jessie has sealed the deal with me. I will NOT ever ever ever give this store one penny of my money. I'm done. Reporting this all the way to the top. And, they were so busy trying to get things ready to serve people an employee had time to step outside and smoke in the front of the restaurant as I was leaving. RiDICULOUS. I called the 800 number and a lady said someone would follow-up with me.... they never did. I tried to contact the owner and never heard from them. This lady is killing your business sir, I will...
