I purchased my Ashley Furniture reclining sofa and chair from Rent One. I thought I was receiving a quality product. Within days of paying it off. The recliner on one end of the sofa broke. Now by this time I had only had the product for 4 months. Since I had paid it off within the first 120 days. I was told it belongs to me now so there is nothing we can do for you. Now think about this. I had been a return customer having spent thousands of dollars in this store. The person I spoke with was rude and hateful. They refused to correct the issue. Now I have a busted sofa that worthless. I can Not use one end of it. I paid them 1500 dollars and it lasted 4 months. I believe this is an injustice. I am fighting back on social media. I have also contacted the BBB and I am waiting for a response from both companies. I am saddened that it has come to this. Rent One left me no recourse. Ā Ā Ā Read moreOwensboro KY store. Manager Allie, this store is very poorly ran. Rude employees. I am a new customer and I went in to order a king size mattress, box spring and bedroom set. They couldn't give me any prices on the stuff nor what my payments were gonna be. My mattress and box spring came in and the payments were $74.44 a week didn't know until they delivered it. I decided to keep it. The bedroom set came in and I talked to Allie she told me what the payments were gonna be and after thinking about it I decided not to get it. I didn't want to waste anyone's time bc it was as much as my rent pretty much. She was rude and from then on was treated poorly. I was late the first time and I got a hateful guy call me and hateful text messages. I then called to try and talk to the district manager but he was busy. From that point on I decided to wait to make my payment until I talked to him. I'm 2 days late and they have called all references and embarrassed me like I am like a month late. I have hateful messages from them. I'm returning the bed at this point. I do not recommend this place at all! Its horrible...

I have always had a pleasant experience from this store until a few weekends ago! I felt like I was treated disrespectful and was actually hung up on! I had commented on here with a bad review! Since then a new manager named Bernie has done his absolute best to try to connect with me. Although, we missed each others calls we actually connected today! This gentleman apologized for the other employees attitude and truly did whatever he could to help the situation. I wanted to make sure my bad review was edited with a good review! People make errors and mistakes. It is how you handle it that makes a difference. I am certain Bernie did not know the whole incident with feeling but he sure made me feel like he totally understood!
