Starbucks — Restaurant in Owensboro

I ordered a baked apple croissant and a latte grande for under $10. My friend ordered a cold refresher of some persuasion and iced lemon loaf. Although very busy, there was a seat available for my friend and me inside the Starbucks; outside tables were unoccupied. The workers were focused on their various tasks but still took time to smile and to write a positive message on our drink cups. The music playing sounded like hip hop which appealed to the (mostly younger) crowd gathered at that time (if tapping feet /fingers is any indication). We like this Starbucks despite it having no drive-thru available. It is a great place to meet a friend for a delicious snack and conversation. I did notice their bookshelf had disappeared. This is the Starbucks that I go to here in town and I really like all the baristas there. But this last time I went in to get my coffee I saw a woman ignoring the person in front of me while she was on her phone (mind you the man in front of me was ready to order, clearly) So after I was done ordering by then the lady was gone I asked the girl who made my drink who that was and she said it was her manager Melanie. Ive seen her before and she was so disrespectful to one of her co-workers then to. Not sure if the lady just gets overwhelmed or possibly a manager positon is just to much for her, Either way its wrong and truthfully makes me feel bad for some of these other baristas. Would have gave 5 stars but there's 1 female worker who continues to be unfriendly.... I ordered 5 drinks and 2 of them were the same but different sizes (1 small & 1 large) when I took it back in she literally acted as if she was mad at me for correcting her mistake, a mistake I paid for... Instead of giving me the extra drink she took it and threw it in the garbage...
