This was by far the most disastrous and unacceptable experience I have ever had at any coffee shop. I walked in for something simple: a coffee and donuts. The total was $7.08. I waited patiently, but instead of respecting the order of customers, the staff pushed other people ahead of me and kept me waiting unnecessarily. That was the first sign of complete unprofessionalism.
When my turn finally came, they handed me only the coffee and completely ignored the donuts I had already paid for. When I asked about it, instead of apologizing and fixing their mistake, they had the audacity to charge me AGAIN — $3.38 more — as if I hadn’t already paid for them. This is not just careless, it’s borderline dishonest.
The level of disorganization, incompetence, and lack of respect for customers in this place is shocking. A business that cannot manage a basic coffee and donut order correctly, and even makes the customer pay twice, shows zero responsibility and zero regard for customer satisfaction.

Read moreHad an altercation with another customer who was picking up a mobile order, the procedure on customers picking up mobile orders through the driver thru is not efficient in my personal opinion. The pick up person made a terrible scene and frustrated multiple people within the drive thru, it would have made more sense for the pick up person to park and either wait for curbside or walk in to pick up order, especially considering there were over a dozen other drive thru customers who had been waiting for quite a long time to go through.
