Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Oxford

We have been ordering pizza from this location at least a couple of times per week for the past year and a half. We always order via the app so there is evidence of what is ordered. For the MOST part, the pizzas have always been very good. My problem is with employees who CANNOT or WILL not follow directions which are printed in black and white in front of them. My kids' pizza is usually always done correctly, but mine is screwed up on a regular basis. Our order is ALWAYS the same - it never changes. However, MY pizza - thin crust with LIGHT sauce, green peppers and onions is screwed up on a regular basis. My husband just went into the store to pick up our order and he texted me and asked me if I ordered my pizza with light sauce. I told him of course I did and sent him a screenshot of the order as it was on the app. He texted back and told me that it had what looked like a gallon of sauce on it. Sorry Dominos, but you get to throw that one out and remake it. After waiting on a second one to be made he just texted me and said they did the EXACT SAME THING with the second one. Guess what Dominos - you can throw that one out and make it again. We can keep doing this until your employees GET IT RIGHT! WE will NOT pay you our money for something that isn't the way we ordered it. I don't know what is hard about the concept of "light sauce". It simply means half as much as you normally use. If your employees worked for me and couldn't grasp ahold of that simple concept, they wouldn't work for me long! This will not continue to happen, or we can find another place to...

Update to previous review.. today I ordered 2 pizzas, wings and bread bites. I get home with my pizza and it has a big hole in it. Equal to approximately half a piece of pizza is missing. I can't believe you didn't notice there's a big hole in my pizza before you packed it up??

My daughter loves their pizza, so I will order her pizza and a salad for myself. A month ago, my salad arrived slimy & brown. I called for a replacement, it took over an hour to get another one (on my lunch break). Friday, I took a chance and tried to order one from them again. I could not believe the condition of this salad. It went out of date that day. The chicken was gray, lettuce was brown. It's so brown that the photo looks like it already has fried chicken mixed in. It was disgusting and I definetly wasn't eating it! I called the store, they said I could either come get my money back or they would have someone bring it to me, but they couldn't put it back on my card? I had also ordered a pasta bowl for a coworker and an extra cheese pizza. The pizza didn't have enough cheese to cover the sauce and the pasta was a child sized serving. The pasta dish used to be filled all the way up and the cheese used to completely cover the sauce with no red sauce coming through. I understand things have gone up in price. Personally, I would rather pay a little more and get the food I've always enjoyed, than pay the same for substandard quality. Don't think I will be ordering...

We have been eating here off and on for over 15 years. Of course we have in the past had all kinds of good and bad experiences, but few places deliver, and we have always found it to be better than other local pizza places. HOWEVER, today was different. We called and I spoke to a very friendly gentleman who was the manager who had a definite accent but spoke clearly and repeated himself to make sure the order was correct. He told me that it would be an hour for delivery (It's race week and a nasty rainy day in my area so people are ordering like mad). Well, 30 minutes later, an adorable young lady came in to our business with our pizza! Thanks Brittney! We sat down to eat between work (late lunch and hungry), and WOW. I have to say that these were hands down the best Domino's pizzas either of us have ever eaten in our lives. Actually, if you disguised the pizza and said it came from a gournet pizza place it would have been more believable. Ali was the gentleman on the phone who both took the order and who made the pizza.
