Really nice place everyone was friendly. My daughter's got there haircut there. The same girl cut both of my daughter's hair. My youngest daughter just got her hair trimmed and wanted curtain bangs. I didn't realize until I got home that they were not even and one side has way more bangs than the other. My oldest daughter had long really thick curly hair. It was supposed to be cut about to her chin with kinda like layers all the way through it but the final length was supposed to be the same on the bottom. The girl that first started cutting it messed it up. Three different people cut my daughter's hair. The first girl said she didn't feel well and had to stop. I think she realized how bad she messed it up and I was getting upset. The second girl bless her heart was trying to fix the back and could see I was upset so she asked me what it was supposed to look like I showed her a picture and she went and got another lady I don't know if she is the manager I think she was the owner. She did what she could the back ended up being extremely short all the way to her head there's no length that comes down the front is around her chin so it's closer to being right. I say closer because we tried to straighten it earlier and it's no where near the same length on both sides. All told it took about two hours from start to finish. The second and third ladies both had other clients waiting I think that's why it ended up being different lengths. Really nice place nice people I might go back but I would never let that first girl anywhere near there hair again. I don't know if she was a student or what but if you don't know how to do a haircut you should have to tell the person that you don't know what your doing and your learning. I made an appointment with Ealissa based off of the wonderful photos from Facebook. I went in dark blonde, asked if she could add different 'cool' low-lights with no yellow or gold, like the ones in her ad and cover my grey. - 5 HOURS with Peggy, YES 5, my entire head was BLEACHED WHITE with bright yellow gold tones, No other color except the small amount of grey that I started with. I was horrified and all she could say was Well it looks good. Ealissa agreed it was the OPPOSITE of what I asked for. The original ad said $90. Peggy charged me $100. For destroying hair and said I could come back and she would try to fix it. FIX IT? I didn't have 5 more hours and not sure if my hair could sustain 5 more hours of frying without falling out. But I do know that Toner should have been used before conditioning and styling my hair!!! I gave it a week and am VERY DISSAPOINTED THAT I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM EALISSA to attempt to make this right. My daughter came home for Christmas. She lives up north and her hair had a lot of damage from a hairdresser where she lives. She’s always had long, beautiful hair. It was in bad shape. We decided at the last minute to visit “Hair By Ealissa” to see what they could do. Madison took a lot of time listening to us and working on her hair. The other hairdressers in the shop seemed concerned as well and they all made suggestions about what should be done to make her hair look better. Madison did an amazing job!!!!! I didn’t think it was possible but her hair looked fantastic. We were thrilled. No one could have done as well as Madison.
