Today's date is 07/02/25. I was just at the snow Street Jack's @ about 6:50 PM. I called in my order so I wouldn't have to wait a long time in drive thru because I was actually headed back to GA to finish my day as a hay farmer and time is money. I wanted to get supper to eat while driving. I had eaten at this Jack's last night and had a great experience. I was served last night by a lady manager named Mary who was awesome. I decided I would eat there again tonight. I called asked for manager on duty. A female represented herself as manager on duty Brandi. I gave her my order and advised I would be there in about ten minutes. I arrived at Jack's and pulled straight to window without stopping as speaker first because I have a hearing issue that makes it hard to conduct business over an intercom. When I got to the window I asked to speak to Brandi. A small petite middle aged white female came to the window, when I said I wanted to speak to manager that I was on the phone with she then told me that I had spoken to an employee and was told to represent herself as Brandi. She then with an attitude "NEXT TIME YOU WILL NEED TO STOP AT SPEAKER FIRST". I then advised her that I always pull to window at all Jack's to order because I have a hearing issue, she snapped "THAT'S FINE!!" Proceeding with the transaction I repeated my order she said that was how it was made. A female came to window asked if I wanted lettuce I told her I wanted everything that was suppose to be on the burger. Then Brandi made assorted comments and had an attitude in her voice. Finally she asked if I did want that combo up sized and I said yes. She rung up my order advising me of the amount. I told her I didn't need her to repeat back everything she did just ring it up I am in a hurry...She the handed me back my card and told me I could leave that she was refusing to serve me. Then she sarcastically said "I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANYONE!" She then handed me my card but at first refused to give me my coupon back. Finally she did. I them went to Coldwater Jack's spoke to Amanda the manager on duty and voiced my complaint. She was very attentive and respectful and apologized for the way I was treated at Oxford Jack's. Read moreOrdered Jacks through Door Dash for dinner for my kids and I since my husband was working late and we only had one vehicle. A double cheeseburger combo, hamburger happy meal, and Chicken BLT salad. Received my order in a timely manner but after opening the bags I realized the burgers were not made as I asked. Both were supposed to be plain and they had every condiment imaginable on them both. My $9 salad was only a plate of lettuce. No meat or anything. Called the restaurant and they told me to bring the order there, after informing them I couldn’t (that’s why I had to pay DD to deliver) they informed me their was nothing they could do and I needed to contact door dash. DD put a $2.48 credit on my account with them. This was a $30 order that completely went to waste! After cleaning off the burgers best I could, my kids were still gagging and ended up eating a PB&J for dinner. I’m very unhappy with both parties and feel like something more could have been done when everything ordered was wrong. Read moreThis is the worst Jack’s in Calhoun county. The service is terrible and they don’t listen to their customers…like at all. I grab breakfast maybe twice a month for an elderly person in my neighborhood and they always request the deluxe breakfast with sausage, and an extra biscuit instead of hash browns. Absolutely NO hash browns and a side order of steak. They’ve never gotten this right. Today I asked for a buttered biscuit instead of hash browns and it was so much butter on that biscuit I could’ve buttered a dozen more. They slung the bag out the window so fast everything in the box turned over. This is a common occurrence at this particular location. They rush! They carry on obnoxious personal conversations in front of customers and they just don’t listen. They are in such a rush it’s like they give you what they want you to have.
