JCPenney — Local services in Oxford

I went to the cologne counter to purchase items for our Angel Child we bought Christmas for at work. I had to get all of what he asked for ( we each had items) I was on a super tight budget. I had 170.00 bucks. I managed to get all of what he asked for ! Yes I could have bought him cheap stuff and got way more, but I got him all name brand..a pair of jeans, a smart watch, a hoodie,and this young man Jacob was the best ! I wanted to buy the Messy Cologne kit but I couldn't afford it so Jacob found me the closest thing to it and it was also a name brand fragrance. Yea .I could have bought the Ax ...but no. He got the good stuff and Jacob even told me how this product should be worn. No more than one spray, we laughed and I apologized a lot because he had to ring me up and remove items and so forth..together we made Christmas happen for that child. Completely unreasonable! I am literally sitting outside of this store location. After spending a few hours shopping at the store I needed to locate a restroom. I found an area with the word restroom over an entrance as I walked to the area a staff member told me that this area was indeed not a bathroom location. I clearly saw the men’s sign and what looked like a restroom but was a out of order. The staff member continued to say that she didn’t know why it still said restroom over the entrance but call Over the radio to a supervisor only to hear that men do not have a restroom in the store and that because the mall attached to the store was not open I would have to go to the restaurant across the street. Totally and completely stupid not to have a place for your customers to use...

The cashier was Excellent! The ladies room was out of order and we were told to use the mens room which was Disgusting and Stunk, it was SO nasty! The prices of the non-sale items were extremely high for a JCPenney but the clothes on sale were what you would normally pay for a JCPenney quality item. My shirt was originally 32.00 marked down to 9.99, it was just a plain short sleeve shirt so 9.99 should have been the regular price. There was a good selection of clothes even though they are going thru a remodel.
