Starbucks — Restaurant in Oxford

I love the manager here! But there is one lady who literally does not care. She moves slow on purpose and say that because I’m here early every day before work (20 minutes early) and I’m still almost late every day. I work 5 minutes away.

She didn’t take my order and I waited 15 minutes to order. Arrived at 6:45am- still waiting to even be greeted and have my order taken at 7:05 I had to leave with nothing so I wasn’t late today. This location is horrible. One time I asked if the coffee was fresh- the girl said yes....begrudgingly. It was far from fresh, it wasn't even hot. Today I went and asked for 3 different drinks, and they didn't know how....salted caramel latte, caramel latte...then I asked for an Americano. At that point she told me they didn't have venti.I had asked for Venti all 3 times. Needless to say I walked away with nothing. It seems as though they aren't trained or kept in supplies. I just ordered a Vente dark roast. Normally they just make it and hand it to me. I noticed there was five other people waiting for their orders.
