Burger King — Restaurant in Oxnard

For a restaurant chain that has built it's reputation on customization ("Have it your way"), this particular location has consistently performed poorly in drive thru order preparation, especially during the breakfast hours. Over the past year, I have ordered a double sausage crossainwich combo meal on average once or twice a month. IOn only 2 occasions during the year, did they actually get the order correct. Almost every time, the order is incorrect and I have to go back to the location. I will give them credit for providing a free replacement crossainwich that is correct. But the hassle of returning to the location and the consistency with which they screw up my order each time is ridiculous. So if you want a half-price meal, go by for breakfast and order a double-sausage crossainwich. When they screw up you can get a replacement sandwhich for free. Obviously, the Burger King managment at that location does not care enough to ensure that you are getting the correct order to begin with and figure that you won't bother returning to the location for a refund. Since that's the case, prove them wrong and eat for free... it will be interesting to see how much free stuff they will give out before they actually care about doing a...

God forbid they get youre order wrong cause if they do you're the one is at fault... Went home happy.. Sat down turned the tv on the 70's show was on... Open up my bag double cheese burger... Check.. Cheese burger... Check.... Chicken nuggets check.... Fries.....????? Where are my fries... Am i seeing things.... No my fries are missing... Call the place back and the manager in charge answers i think her name is LuLu....explain to her what happened.... She says wait a minute okay....she comes back on the phone tells me she didnt charge me for my fries....i tell her well my receipt says fries 2.19...then she says wait a minute once more....then she comes back and says to me... The camara shows me giving you fries.. And i say to her well did you pull a magic trick on me....couse theyre not in the bag...she assumes im lying and dismisses the situation and thats all....bad customer service.... Im not unhappy just couse i didnt get my fries im unhappy couse of the fact that people like her run places were customer service is key.... So look...

Came in with a coupon. Gave them my order at the speaker. The girls says the total and to pull up. So as I get to the window, she says 18.99. So I give her my coupon and then a 20 dollar bill. She gave me a 1.01 back. I asked what happened to the rest of my change? I gave you a coupon for buy one get one free. She says " you have to use it at the window " I said I am at the window. " No. I mean the speaker " she says. What? Are you kidding me. Meanwhile my food is getting cold. So she calls her mgr. Mgr comes up and says I have to tell them when I order that I have a coupon. I asked where at the speaker, coupon or anywhere on your menu that I have to tell them I have a coupon? Mgr says well, it doesn't but you should know. So she says this is the last time I'm giving you your money back. Needless to say I CALLED CORPORATE. And they were not happy. Details still coming in. CORPORATE is still...
