For a restaurant chain that has built it's reputation on customization ("Have it your way"), this particular location has consistently performed poorly in drive thru order preparation, especially during the breakfast hours. Over the past year, I have ordered a double sausage crossainwich combo meal on average once or twice a month. IOn only 2 occasions during the year, did they actually get the order correct. Almost every time, the order is incorrect and I have to go back to the location. I will give them credit for providing a free replacement crossainwich that is correct. But the hassle of returning to the location and the consistency with which they screw up my order each time is ridiculous. So if you want a half-price meal, go by for breakfast and order a double-sausage crossainwich. When they screw up you can get a replacement sandwhich for free. Obviously, the Burger King managment at that location does not care enough to ensure that you are getting the correct order to begin with and figure that you won't bother returning to the location for a refund. So I give her my coupon and then a 20 dollar bill. She gave me a 1.01 back. I asked what happened to the rest of my change? I gave you a coupon for buy one get one free.
