I made a mobile order and it stated that my order will be done at 8:57PM and yes Iām aware of their new closing hours which is 9:00PM for in store. I arrived at 8:56PM and their doors were already closed! I stood there for two minutes and I made eye contact with one of the girls and she didnāt even bother to open it. I had no other choice but to do what I was trying to avoid, go through the drive thru line. The reason I always use the mobile app is to avoid the crazy 25 minute line. When I arrived to the intercom I let her know that I was at the door waiting for someone to open it and left at 8:58PM. She did apologize but so rudely! So I just brushed it off because they might not be having a good day or theyāre not feeling well. I did get my items, they were pretty watered down from the ice. Once my daughter drank from it, seconds after I pulled out of the shopping center, the lid came off and went all over her sweater and part of her hair. I donāt know if they did this intentionally since I opened my mouth about them closing a couple minutes early but I was so irate this happened. Not to mention that more often then not they have gotten my order wrong. Well, today was the last straw for me. I understand the whole social distancing and all but at least acknowledge a handicap customer who has to get out of their car in the pouring rain to request the correct beverage.
