WaBa Grill — Restaurant in Oxnard

First time I came in they refused my 60$ order saying they "don't accept 100$ bills" while giving me attitude ,didn't even offer alternatives or at least an apology... second time I came in there was a different server but again not welcoming to say the least...I ordered for about 5 people and everyone's food was cold on arrival, they told me they DON'T HAVE GREEN ONIONS at this location?!?!?! What?? they have onions showing on all their advertising pictures in store! On all their menu items literally That's the first waba I've ever heard of that didn't have onions... they have the meats sitting on the corner of the grill as they just toss them on for a few seconds and send you on your way so they can go back on their phones already like they're in a rush or something...if I'm paying good money at this place i expect kind service,not being rushed and good quality food with all the ingredients as advertised... unfortunately I didn't get that in my first 2 and only visits to...

I ordered a chicken bowl with white rice and the chicken was a bit cold. Called the store to inform them of my cold chicken and he said really ? I said yes a bit cold. Then I was asked for m order # and gave it to him and then asked if I still had the bowl. I said yes but I microwaved my food . Then he said so why are you calling for. I said for you to tell the cook that the chicken was a bit cold. He said oh for the next time. I was not offered a replacement,credit or even an I'm sorry. I should not have to microwave my food. I would have taken it back but I'm disabled and no longer had a ride....

I recently went to pick up and I could not have been more happier with the customer service Vicky provides. She knows her menu well and will give you great recommendations. Vicky was VERY polite and efficient something that is admirable. She had a lot of patience and answered with kindness to all of my questions. I will definitely come to this location because of her.
