What would Fathers day be without being taken out to breakfast. Me the wifey and one of my daughters were getting a late start on fathers day and could not find a place with a less than 45 min wait... poor planning on our part. Then we called Henri's and the took our reservation and it was only a 25 min wait and we were 20 mins away We showed up just in time to get seated! SWEET! We ordered of food and it was out pretty fast for as busy as they were. I had the chicken fried steak and eggs all cooked to the perfect crispness and flavor. Elizabeth had the hash and eggs also on point Sam had scrambled eggs with biscuits and gravy. the food was good and we all left in a food coma. me thinks we have a new breaky spot

I’ve been to Henri’s 3 or 4 times in the past several years, always in the mornings usually Saturday. It’s always incredibly busy the time we go, but not where you would have to wait. Really always had a good experience, good food and service. This day I was driving by the Café and was hungry, it was 8 in the evening, still wanted breakfast. I walked in a less busy, not desolate by any means, restaurant like you might do 40 years ago. Sandra greeted me cheerfully and provided excellent service on every level. Christian cooked a perfect mushroom and cheese omelet, hash-browns and buscuit with gravy. It was great. Friendly, great service and food.. what else is there?

I have been eating at this restaurant for the past 46 years. Years ago this establishment was called Van T Cal, then the Cozy Kitchen , then after that it became known as HENRI'S CAFE. This restaurant have a great selection of breakfast omelets, steak, pork chops, ham or bacon and eggs just to mention a few items, breakfast is served all day. They also have sandwiches, and dinner menu. This restaurant was closed for almost a year after it caught on fire and burned. The restaurant was completely rebuilt and reopened recently. The food is great as is the staff and it is extremely clean.I plan on eating hear for another 46 years hopefully.

First we order a fresh fruit waffle and received a regular waffle. It was sent back to add fruit. We kept been rushed. Mid waffle and with one of us halfway through a sandwich and not even a dip to the fries the waiter showed up and ask if we needed boxes. Mind you we were still eating and the waiter brought the check and instructed to pay at the front. We were not finished and not ready to leave just yet. I took out the my card to get ready and the waiter rush to ask if she should take it to the front to pay. I found it wierd as they had told us we needed to pay at the front cashier and told her I would go pay in a little bit. We were waiting for one of us to come back from the restroom when the waiter made it's final appearance and ask if we were done we should leave because they needed the table we were there for less then an hour and we were just waiting for the last of us to come back from the restroom. We told her ok we would leave shortly. When we were paying we saw that several customers that where there were still there drinking coffee ☕️ and chatting. I really can't understand why we where targeted by this waiter 🤷‍♀️ and I don't think I have to tell how unpleasant this brunch was thanks to the waiter. Food was bla not bad in flavor but...

I've been here several times and I just have to say how much I love this place. There are wait times, on the weekends. We prefer to grab dinner during the week there. It has changed a bit since it burnt down. We liked it before, but we LOVE it now. There are so many choices on the menu that we have to keep coming back because we want to try it all! We love the onion rings but I do think for the price that we should get more as an appetizer. Last time we only got 5 and that should be unacceptable. For that price it was close to $2 for each onion ring! I gave it a pass but next time I will certainly say something if it happens again. Outside of that everything is delicious. I've yet to come across a dish we didn't like. Service is pretty good but we did find a consistent issue. Every time we go getting drink refills are a little harder. We always take into consideration how busy they are, of course, but it seems to be the opposite. They do better when busy, but when not busy the service is much slower. Still, they are SO nice it's forgivable. The food is great, comes out fresh and hot and the staff is...

Another strike. Arrived at 11:30 on a Monday. Busy but plenty of space at the bar. Sign says open seating. Counter is not clean and I pick the cleanest seat out of 5 seats. Five minutes go by, finally one of the short order cooks asked me if I want something. I tell him I haven't seen a menu yet and I also say that if he cleans the area to my right, I can scoot over and free up two seats for him. He then wipes down the counter. Four more people show up and take the remainder of the seats. The couple next to me gets no menu - they go get one. Five more minutes go by and I watch what goes on. One waitress is running around like a chicken with her head cut off who says to me shortly into this that she would get right to me and the other is moving slow. They seem to have a guy who wipes down the tables but he is smiling and chatting with the regulars (my guess). The cooks are ignoring the people seated at the bar. After a total of ten minutes of this, I walk out - zero. The next place I visit, I get my meal in 10 minutes. I rate this...
