I rate master donuts a 1 star. I had a very bad experience today 8/25/2021. I ordered a Thai tea boba . I usually like my tea on the sweeter side I asked if they could make it sweeter and they said no. I asked the manager why? She told me she couldn't tell me why . She said she couldn't make it sweeter because that was the way they served it . I was like not even to try to accommodate a customer or anything like we are paying for this . Why can you make it sweeter she said they could no longer keep making it sweeter as of today. Well that sucks I really liked the Thai tea here never had a issue until today . They always made my tea sweeter .The employees seem really friendly but apparently the manager wasn't so friendly today . It wasn't the money the issue it was the managers attitude I even tipped them and they didn't want to re make my drink . Like clearly if the manager can even give a simple explanation to a customer than what business is she even trying to run. It seems like her employees now better than her. Really embarrassing like I ask a simple question? Like I ordered a drink I payed for it and I think that as customer courtesy I deserve a answer. Her attitude was truly...

Today my wife walks in and tells the person she wanted two apple fritters but since she was on the phone they ignored her. Yes they have a sign that if on the phone they won’t take your order. I have never seen something like that in my life. We take the time and energy and money for their store and they ignore you because you’re on the phone. I get it customers are waiting but news flash people that’s business for you. We had family down from up north and didn’t really know what they wanted and my wife was just trying to briefly tell them what’s on display but my wife was ignored. She was going to get donuts and drinks for everyone which was 20 people. That would have been a total of 50 plus donuts and fritters . But after being rudely ignored I told her to leave. BEST DONUT EVER!!! Glazed w frosting and the perfect amount. Cooked to perfection and the pastry cream filled donut holes will take you to another dimension. The lady who worked there was kind, funny and friendly. She gave me a donut while and made my day. I live 5.5hours away from this donut shop, but I would make the drive just for a chocolate donut.
