Long running counter service seafood restaurant serving everything with a Japanese(?) style.
The variety of fish on offer is quite great and everything is reasonably priced.
The actual food was good for a quick bite, but left something to be desired - both in preparation and proportions. The mahi-mahi charbroiled plates come with white rice and a side salad, which I substituted for tempura vegetables for a small upcharge.
The mahi-mahi tasted great, but the temper was all over the place - some bites were perfect, others a slimey mush, and others a tough and rubbery - though notably nothing was egregious enough to sour the meal, but it was something that stood out.
The rice was good, if a bit mushy, but the small side scoop barely filled the compartment in the tri-sector paper plate. The tempura vegetables amounted to a spear of zucchini, a single stem of broccoli, and a large slice of carrot. All were good, but again the size of the side (especially for an upcharge) seemed a bit lacking.
