Always order online through their app for pickup to avoid any delays, do not select curbside, nobody answer the phone. Service has been inconsistent, sometimes they put the order on online pickup shelf sometimes they keep it hostage behind the counter. One time they kept my husband waiting for 15mins even though he's placed online order. He arrived and they haven't even started on his order yet. And occasionally they have the order ready when we go to pickup. It's really a hit or miss, depending on who's on duty. Pastrami is back and man it's good, this is the only reason I go back!

My husband told the person what to put on my sandwich, it was missing several veggies and the ones they put on it was as very little. This is the worst subway in Oxnard do not go here the worst sandwich I have ever had. Forgot the cheese, tomatoes,onions and spinach/lettuce was very little I was pissed. Very little meat was in the sandwich. My husband thinks the girl didn't understand English, that's bull.
