Friendly service but food could be a little better. The kwek-kwek batter is soggy and tastes a little "dough-ey". The brown sauce could also be improved a bit. The rice! Yes, th rice! Not that delicious jasmine rice you'll taste in topnotch Asian restaurants. Unfortunately, it's the cheap kind. Stay away from it.

I like their melon juice drink and the spaciousness of their seating though.

Also, for me personally, when I'm having a meal I don't want BLARING music playing in the background. Soft music is fine. It enhances (and not alters) the dining experience. They should decide whether they want to be a karaoke bar or a restaurant. They can't be both because people want to eat in peace. Loud music drowns conversations and even your thoughts!

Toto's Grill is a must try restaurant! My husband and I are wheelchair users. They were very helpful with anything we needed 💜, from reaching difficult to reach menu items to grilling a handful of our choices.
