By far the WORST Arby's I have EVER been to.
The woman working the drive thru today at August 14th, 2023, 11:52 am, was incredibly rude and dismissive taking our order. So much so that she would not let me finish my order and she didn't give me enough time to complete my order. We had two people in our truck and she only got the first of the order but yet cut me off when I attempted to order the meal for the other passenger. I didn't want the confrontation so I just didn't get my meal when we checked out. She also wouldn't allow me to say I wanted crinkle fries instead or curly. When I tried to at the very least get those, she had an attitude like getting the fries I am paying for was the end of the world to her or something. I was so polite too so her demeanor was uncalled for.
It was all around just a terrible experience. I hope the manager doesn't continue to hire...
Read moreAll the workers here are amazing and kind expect one older man he makes people feel pressured and unwelcome. He is very pushy and if you don't order the way he wants he will talk bad about you,he is just very rude. All the other works are awesome and even apologize for his behavior which they shouldn't have to do as they are busting their asses trying to make sure customers feel welcome and get their food quickly. This older man has not only done this to me but other customers, and it's not the first time either. The other works shouldn't have to go out of their way to fix this mans attitude as well as try to make customers he has been rude to feel better. Read moreJust went through their drive through and they forgot part of my order (sml mozz sticks). Called them when I got home and looked through the bags. The guy on the phone offered the option of having me drive back and picking up a lrg order, for my trouble. I did not want to go back out, so I asked if, since I paid with card, they could just refund the mozz sticks. He told me I'd have to come back up to do that, as well. I guess it's kind of on me for not checking the bags before I left the parking lot but, tbf, I shouldn't have to do so. When it comes down to it, they made the mistake and it was on me to get it corrected. The refund could/should have been done...
