Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ozark

I would give a zero if I could! The girl with the red hair was extremely rude the moment I walked in. She gave me dirty looks and acted like I was an inconvenience because I was ordering at the counter. She proceeded to give me dirty looks while I ordered then rudely told me it's going to be a 15 to 20 minute wait so I moved away from the counter and she said you have to pay extremely rude so I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me.I said never mind just give me a refund. She grabbed the manager and she was extremely rude as well and asked me why I wanted the refund. I told her the girl provided horrible customer service. The lady just said OK then she yelled have a nice day on my way out. I love down the road and will drive to Springfield or Branson if I want Little...

This place is fantastic! The owner goes above and beyond what would be considered normal business practices! I ordered 2 pizzas and brought them home. One tasted a little off so I called to make them aware. They had no issues whatsoever and were very helpful in reassuring and apologizing for the pizza. They exchanged my pizza immediately and took great care of me. It wasn't a big deal, but they made me feel like a million dollar customer over a cheap and delicious pizza! I am honestly very impressed with how everyone treated me at this store. We need good customer service in this world and this is the only fast food place in Ozark that has treated me more than credit...

Now this is just a bummer. Just left vbs from Church and thought we would make it a family pizza night. Sad to say this is so raw the dough is just falling apart. Never have I had a pizza so raw. It fills like they took it out at the half way point. Now keep in mind i wasinnowhere near being in a hurry .and I'm not the type to take it back because I worry about someone doing something to it so now I paid for a 3meat and a sausage pizza that even my dog won't eat.
