Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ozark

Being on disability I don't get to eat out much, I hadn't ordered a pizza in about 3 months from Domino's, so I had a little extra money this month, ordered online and walked over to pick up my pizza, when I got there, there was 4 employees working and I know they saw me come in at 15 minutes before it would be done, so I waited, and waited, but no one asked me what was the name on the order and when I looked up to see that it was done, still no one ask me the name on the order, I got up and was standing there when one employee finally asked the name on the order, after telling them they looked and it was just sitting on the finish rack, now what was wrong with that, will who knows how long it was sitting there before I got to ask about it, this makes me upset since I was sitting there way before it was done, I wonder what it would've been like if I did a drive-up, makes me not to want to waste what money I have to get...

I ordered pizza, pizza did not come, called location 16 times and phones did not work, called nearby locations phones did not work. Called them back 4 hours later. Person offers one topping free medium pizza for not delivered pizza I paid for. Employee blames it on delivery address that was automatically added to order from login. Advised them they were lying since received 100 orders at address and it has never been changed. Advised not substantial for their error, transferred to manager, manager refused to take responsibility for employee error, manager refunded order. Will never do business with again, will tell everyone I know how bad...

Ordered a buffalo chicken with no onions and extra chicken. For one the dude was a prick on the phone. Then it took an hour to get to my doorstep and turns out my pizza had onions, no chicken at all, and no buffalo sauce. Then the driver got mad when i gave them a dollar tip. Sadly Google doesn't let me give 0 stars because even 1 star is a understatement. I DEFINITELY don't recommend ordering from them ever. I work at a pizza place so i know what it's like.
