Hands down the best bakery from Milton to Pensacola!
I had the pleasure of trying several Middle Eastern desserts here, and every single one was absolutely delicious. From the perfectly flaky baklava to the rich, creamy knafeh and melt-in-your-mouth maamoul — each treat tasted freshly made and full of authentic flavor. You can tell this place bakes with love and tradition.
The staff was welcoming and happy to explain the desserts, which made the whole experience even better. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Middle Eastern sweets or just curious to try something new, this bakery is a must-visit.

The owner is very kind and welcoming. I had to force myself to choose only three treats (for now) and went with date delights, sesame cookies, and the Dubai chocolate cheesecake. Read moreThis place is so delightful! Local and family ran, Rosa's Pastry is a very welcoming and unique to the area pastry shop. There are various delicious treats such as baklava, cookies, and actual Turkish delights, and if you like strong, real coffee, they also offer hot Turkish coffee. We tried out a variety of treats and were quite happy with all of them! On top of that, the lovely lady who runs the place was incredibly kind and made great conversation....
