So, I always try to go inside to get my food there whenever I go, but I hate going through drive through because they do this thing where they have you park your car and the people bring out your food to you and almost every time I've thanked them for bringing their food out to me they've kind of brushed off saying "you're welcome" and it kind of feels like I'm supposed to feel sorry for them for bringing food out to me. And its like you chose that job why should I feel sorry for you. I do pizza delivery myself in all weather and I know what good customer service is. The people that do the runs out to the cars are passive aggressive and rude in my opinion.
9 24 2025 So to add to my original review. I went through the drivethrough with my mother on this occasion they forgot my salad. And my mom made me go back to the store and retrieve my salad. I had called them and some teenager answered the phone and didn't ask me what salad it was so that when I got there I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make me another salad instead of having it ready by the time I got there. Meanwhile one of my wenchy neighbors was there and she tried to embarass me in front of the whole store. I shouldn't have even had to be there. And yea they gave me an extra salad and a card for extras. But that was completely uncalled for.

When in line ready to order, an employee who took the order for patron in front of us, just walked away with another employee when we were there to order, then a female employee who had just walked up, looked surprised about them just walking away, took our order, and gave no receipt, nor a number for our table. So went back up after a little while, and asked about a number for table, and a different female looked up order by description, when a different male behind her said he's working on that order, so we waited and took the tray. We sat at 2/2 person tables(3 of us) and one of the tables was very dirty. At the whole experience, I'm guessing that not enough experienced employees? Could have been a delicious pub burger if only it was hot. Have never had an experience like this at any other Culver's...

It was Perfect 4 times. The first one was like OMG good. Crispy edges on the juicy burgers, perfectly melted cheese, and a delicious bun. The one time it wasn’t was when I forget to order it that way. My bad.
I have had varied wait times. It’s new and new staff, give the kids a break. And anyone complaining about the first week should really have lowered their expectations. It’s Fast food not overpriced elite dining.
Every person at the drive thru was very friendly and seemed to really enjoy making sure they did their best. I’m not blowing smoke because I do not know anybody who works there so my view isn’t biased.
