Not a single employee washes their hands in the deli. Deli meat will sit out for hours on the counters, and is then sold. Meat has been left out overnight, then made into sandwiches sold in the cold bar. Expired ingredients are used daily, including mayo, produce, and busted open, leaking containers of product. Management demands expired product to be used, at least until two weeks past the printed date. Items in the deli case are relabeled instead of replaced, so two week old salads, and month old thawed food in the heat and eat case are common. No care is taken when handling raw chicken, the same black rubber gloves are used to handle raw and cooked chicken. The company itself practices retaliation, and paid a worker under minimum wage because she took a bite of cake that was about to be thrown away. Cheaper meat has been sold under the Kretschmar name here when stock has run out. I've heard that since I left, the sanitation and quality has only further declined. Please, do yourself a favor...

I asked at the deli for more tarter sause ...I was told no they didn't have any tarter sause packets and if I wanted more tarter sause to go buy a jar... when Johnathan and shauna worked there the store was so much better... the store really went down hill... another thing the man in deli who I asked tarter sause from has a mustache and gotee.. no hair net to cover his goatee.. that explains why sometimes I buy from the deli and find hair in the products sometimes... actually no one wears hair nets...... I will not buy from the deli anymore..I think i will start driving the extra 6 miles to shop...
