TERRIBLE! Cashier was trying to take my order and a woman named Natalie came up and butted in. I had told her what platter I wanted for the first order and was about to tell him the sides I wanted for it and she shouted you have to tell him your sides before he can take anymore of your order. I stated I was about to tell him. On Sunday they have all you can eat fish and sides for $7.99. Could stand right there and see the electric message board and it says all day Sunday. Again Natalie this Natalie ran up to the counter and said that is over it stopped at 7 PM. I said it doesn't say that on the sign and she replied someone must have changed it. Dugh it still says all day now. I was refused service for that option. By the time my ticket was totaled out it was 7:03 PM on the time stamp. That means it wasn't 7:00 PM when I tried to order anyway. False advertising is against the law. I tried to find a number to call on the main entrance or exit or big windows and there were none. On April 22nd I had a late lunch about 3pm. The restaurant was very slow at the time. The food was good, hot and ready pretty fast. The people that I interacted with were nice but the dining area was a disaster. The counter at the drink area and where you get your utensils was very dirty, soda everywhere, paper from the straws, napkins, etc. Then in the dining room there were about 20 tables or so and maybe 6 were clean. Some tables you couldn't sit at because the booth seats were in such bad repair, with the cushion filling missing and most of the seat ripped open. When I was ordering, someone came up to the counter and told staff that they spilled their drink. I was called up for my food, ate and when I left there still wasn't anyone out to clean up the spill.

There is no way that the store manager or regional manager are doing their job because if they were the store would be clean, the seats would be replaced and the staff wouldn't allow the restaurant to be so dirty. This location has potential but...

What a terrible experience! We went in to eat at 6:30 ordered $35.00 of food, we were told we couldn't eat inside even though there were others eating inside, we stood in the foyer area for 30 minutes waiting for food. There was another inside order ahead of us, and one after. No one inside got food for over 30 minutes it was ALL being snatched up and given to drive thru customers! I finally asked for a refund, the manager on duty came out huffing and puffing. He would not address me at all, I spoke to him and began expressing our issue, he WOULD NOT look at me, said nothing in response. Finally he looked past me and belted out "I'm trying to concentrate !" Raised his voice at me let me know he really didn't care! The woman working the drive thru was running over everyone else, taking ALL the food coming from the kitchen sending it out the window. This place needs serious management!! It's filthy, and apparently has no idea what customer...
