McDonald's — Restaurant in Paducah

Don't know what was going on, but the entire restaurant was a mess, tables dirty, trash on the floors. Got my ice cream first, then waited at the counter for my sandwiches and fries. Heard someone up front say "another great day at McDonald's" sarcastically. While waiting, heard the drive thru worker asking for a plain sandwich, and a customer walked up and said "here's your plain double cheeseburger, I got it by mistake." I then saw some one number after mine get their special order, saw my two double cheeseburgers go out the drive through (my order was no longer on the screen) then watched drive thru girl put the plain double returned by the customer into a bag and hand it out the window. A young man turned around and asked me what I was waiting on, I repeated my order and he reached into the bin and got them, and git fries that had been boxed up soon after I had originally made my order 10 minutes prior. By this time my ice cream was melted and I asked for fresh ones. He threw them in the trash and quietly made two more. Said thank you to me. Needless to say, our fries were cold. Burgers tasted fine, but were thrown together and poorly wrapped. I'm not at all angry, just sad to see our neighborhood McD's in...

My boyfriend went over on his 30 minute lunch break and they ruined the WHOLE order!!! He wanted a large original chicken sandwich meal with a chocolate shake; the fry container was not even half full with old fries (and they weren’t at the bottom cause I told him to check just in case it just fell over!), the milkshake looked like they just threw a medium into a large cup with a sad attempt to make it look fuller with whip cream, and the sandwich tasted like it was just sitting on the heated counter for an hour and had no mayo on it even though it was asked for! I have tried to call to speak to a manager already and the line was busy but I am calling again so if it’s busy again they probably just have it turned off. I have worked at a McDonald’s before and know how busy it gets but I still made sure that the meal I gave my customers was correct and made sure it was fresh! Do...

Ok, I don't like McDonald's. I normally eat at McDonald's out of necessity or convenience. The food here isn't any better quality than any other McDonald's, so in my book that is worthy of no more than 3 stars. The employees here are probably better & more kind than your average McDonald's employees.

I typically say at McDonald's you "Order what you want and eat what you get". Despite 'double checked' stickers and slogans, McDonald's is notorious for getting orders wrong.... This is why I have given them the 4th star. While not perfect, this location has messed up my order much less than other McDonald's, which is a feat in and of itself, but considering that this location is always busy, makes it amazing.

If you want a great meal at a fair price, go somewhere else. If you like McDonald's food or just need food fast, this place is an option and you'll likely get what...
