COLD & NASTY, COLD & NASTY LEFTOVERS. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was Awful, disgusting. Burger was black on both sides of both patties and cold. You know how long it laid on that grill to be that black. Onion rings were so overdone that many pieces of the onion was no longer in the hard crusted rings frpm being overcooked and the slider bread was black and meat not fresh either. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. As high as things are now days, you expect Hot freshly cooked food. Won't be back. This was @ about 2:15-2:30 on 6-29-24. I am thoroughly pissed. Food laid in there and precooked however many times. It ridiculous that these onion rings were nothing but hard crust with no onions left in them due to recooking them over and over and over. NASTY!!! BLACK burgers & COLD. NASTY!!! all items ordered was like rubber, leftovers from many hours before, COLD & NASTY, COLD & NASTY LEFTOVERS....

Do not eat here and don't even order drinks. They mess up every order and the other day I ordered an unsweet tea and I waited 30 minutes almost for them to bring out. Unfortunately this location doesn't have a drive-thru. One time I went to get a cheeseburger for my grandson and the servers and manger were extremely rude when I ordered an add on soda. They were about 45 minutes getting the order out to our car and got hateful because I said that it was unacceptable for all their behavior. I then checked the sale on my online banking and they added themselves a 20% tip which was $8 and some change without my authorization! I called Sonic headquarters and all the did was ask for my address to send 10% off coupons on my next visit....

Visit on 09/10/2020 I will NEVER go back again. I ordered through the mobile app and paid ahead with my debit card. I get my order, server quickly leaves. I open the cup to what was supposed to be a Reeses Blast and it was a very liquidly fruity substance that was disgusting. I paid $4.09 for it and was told I had to call a 800 number for a refund and that it would take a week to process. Also ordered a Chilli cheese dog and the Chilli and cheese were warm at best and when I cut the hot dog open it cold, not warm, COLD. Never again going back to this sonic on Park ave. Sonic used to be my favorite place for take-out, so sad that its not what it used to be,...
