Denny's — Restaurant in Pahrump

I placed an order through UberEats this Sunday evening. Can't say enough nice things about my delivery driver. She was punctual, very polite and just down right sweet.

Now normally Dennys is really good. Nice portions for the price and tasty. Tonight was a very different experience. I did the build your own Omelet and it was VERY DISAPPOINTING 😞 I know that their Omelets are not one egg yet this one was very obviously only one egg. For reference think of a dollar bill. The Omelet was half that size in every direction. The veggies that I had put on for my "build your own" were also non existence. Additionally the hashbrowns that came were half what they should have been. I could have lived with that had it not been for the Omelet.

If I am going to spend over $18 for an Omelet I do expect that it is going to live up to that cost.

So for this order I have to say to the cook....Shame on you! Had this been delivered to my table as dine in I would have promptly sent this back.

It will be a long while before I will trust to order from you.

10/09/23 UPDATE: So I reached out to the individual listed below via email (per their request) and never received a response, never really thought I would. I decided tonight to give them one more chance. Ordered the exact same things again tonight. I can state that I will NEVER ORDER from them again. Half the items I ordered and PAID for were not included in my delivery. The Omelet once again was missing ingredients. I don't order difficult or "specialized " things. I wouldn't think it would be so terribly difficult to supply your customers w/ what they...

Worst Dennys I’ve ever been to. Service was terrible. It wasn’t busy and my family of 4 waited about 15 to 20 minutes after being sat until someone came over and asked if we had our drink order taken. This wasn’t our server but someone else. Our server was too busy standing being the counter talking and getting the drink and dinner order for the table that came in 5 minutes after us. A woman who appeared to be the manager was also standing behind the counter and just talking as well as quiet a few other servers and bus boys. The server was fairly attentive when she finally decided to wait on us.

When our food did come out, it all came out with the exception of my meal. The family that came in after us managed to eat and pay for their food as well as my family (a slow eating 4 year old included) was able to finish their meals before my food came out.

When my food (a chicken sandwich and fries) finally came out, the fries where so over cooked that the server had already told the kitchen to remake new fries before she brought my food to the table.

My family waited on me to finish my food and they proceeded to goto the vehicle while I waited at the counter to pay. Glad they did because I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before someone decided to come take my payment.

I will say it appears they either took my kids meals off the check because they realized the poor service or maybe they have a kids eat free with a paid adult but that’s not a common special for a Friday night. I truly don’t know as not once did anybody say sorry or acknowledge the issues with the exception...

My Husband and I took our Son from out of State there for Breakfast only because we h3ard it had bern remodeled and figured it had improved in service and quality. We got up and left, after waiting patiently 25 min. and no coffee being served with no food yet served either. At least serve the drinks while customers wait for thier food especially if for whatever reason you can't get the food out in a reasonable amount of time. My Son looked around the room and 5 other tables also did not have any drinks while waiting for thier meals and they also were before us. Couldn't get waitress or person up front to ask as all running around not accomplishing good service. Couldn't tell who manager was and so chaotic yet 1/2 of tables empty. No one seemed to know what thier job description was. A remodeling job doesn't bring back customers but great service does. At least give your customers thier drinks. That baffled us, maybe like us they have had too many people leave after getting thier drinks due to such slowness in getting food out. Staff needs training. No management...we ended up going to Moms Diner after 35 min. Wait and no drinks or food and 5 other tables also waiting and no drinks.... At Moms diner we were seated, and coffee served asap. Our food was served within 10 minutes and the place was packed and only 2 servers! Food was delicious! Dennys better train help or thier going to loose more customers. We won't be back as service just aweful! No attention to customers. Scouls on faces. Cook needs help! No management. Sorry, but a new remodel job alone won't...
