Auto Care Center the worse EVER in Pahrump, NV and I will NEVER take my vehicle to any WM Auto Care center again!! I guess trying to save a few bucks takes you to some corrupt management and technicians at this store. Purchases tires online and scheduled an appointment to get them changed, but when I got there 2 technicians and manager "Abby" claimed my rear tires needed to be replaced and they refused to change my 2 tires which I had already payed for because I did not want to buy 2 more tires. This was an emergency and the conditions of my tires were in desperate need of replacement that's why I went in to get them changed. After the manager refused to get my 2 tires changed, they tried to put the 2 tires in my trunk and I asked her to cancel the entire order because I had no one to install them at this hour and I definitely didn't know how to do it that's why I payed for the tires and the installation fee... they took the tires back to the store and marked them as if I took them with me, but I never received those tires and there is footage that shows my car was parked right under the camera and if those cameras actually work they can see those 2 girls took those tires back to the shop. I called corporate and tried to get someone to help me get my refund, but all their corporate said was, it was up to the delinquent manager to authorize the refund. How on earth is that possible if she's the one doing the fraudulent transaction? I took my vehicle to Fire Stone the next day and they printed a full report of my tires and it only shows the 2 front tires needed service. I still can't believe they refused to change my tires even though I had already payed for them and worst, I can't believe they still haven't refunded me because they marked those tires as if I took them with me which I didn't. Such a shame seing a huge corporation like this to have employees that do these kind of fraudulent transactions. Not to mention horrible customer service these 2 girls and manager gave me, just because they wanted to force me to buy 2 more tires that i did not want to buy because i wanted to take my vehicle to FS and have them change them all. I would never recommend anyone to go to this auto care center! I payed a little more and had my tires replaced at FS and their customer service was beyond amazing! I really hope they investigate this and hold those girls accountable for their actions because if they don't they'll continue to do things like this to other customers specially those who are elder since we have a lot in this town. Read moreOn December 9th, 2022 I went into Walmart located in Pahrump, Nevada to buy Christmas gifts for the less fortunate. While I am shopping with my two younger sisters, I notice a regular Walmart associate following behind us and watching our every move. As I leave the toy aisle to checkout, the Walmart Associate whose name was Maddie, yells out to my twelve-year-old little sister to drop everything she has in her hand. We continue to walk to the front to checkout. Maddie continued to follow us. When I noticed that Maddie was still following us to self-checkout I decided to go and speak to a manager because the behavior was very inappropriate and unprofessional. I told the lady at the self-checkout that I would like to speak to the manager. Crystal, the associate at self-checkout walked me to customer service and Maddie is still following me. We get to customer service and Crystal is trying to call a manager. Maddie approached asking me what the issue is and I told her “ you are treating me like I'm a criminal standing there and watching us choose toys and you’re following me.” Maddie was a regular associate and was not from loss prevention she had on a blue vest. Maddie is being rude and telling me “ your sister has toys in her hands that you guys were not going to take. And I’m the one who has to clean up the mess.” Maddie is giving me attitude and arguing with me. Maddie had no right to treat me this way. I came in as a customer trying to do a good deed and this is how I am being treated. Finally, two managers came up. Henry and Julie have me standing there explaining what is happening. They are both standing there laughing at me! I have never been treated like this at a Walmart before and it is disrespectful. I went back to self-checkout and paid for the items. Crystal, the associate who had walked me up to customer service, was the only employee who had apologized and was forgiving. The other employee Henry, Julie, and Maddie were horrible. I live in Las Vegas and I was at the Walmart in Pahrump because my family lives in Pahrump and this is a tradition we do every year together. I make the drive to Parhump to enjoy this moment with them helping the less fortunate. I know that me complaining will not change a thing at the store but as a customer yourself, I am sure that you would not want to be treated and insulted the way we were insulted and accused. My family and I are no longer customers of Walmart along with many other people who are being treated in this manner. Read moreMessage I sent corporate office with no reply. It is 6:22pm, I am in my vehicle in spot 9, I have been attempting to pick up my scheduled order since 3:00pm. An order I made yesterday with a pick up of 3:00pm-4:00pm. At 3:00 I received a Delay message, at 3:30 I called to ask why and when. I live an hour and a half from Walmart, I do not have the option to go home and come back. I was told I don't know maybe go grab some food and give it an hour. So I left for over a hour and a half. Around 5:15pm I called again, explained who I was my order etc., I was remembered, but after hearing how she had been here such 10:00am, the system of staging my order, and her inability to have any idea when it would be ready, I was told she didn't know, was handed off to another lady who didn't know, and told a management would call me (as I explained I have been very patient/understanding and wanted a better answer) I was told I could leave order but it would take 3-5 days to get my over $400 back. I them thought I could go in and grab some stuff, then I got a message saying it was ready. So we then got in line to get in a spot. The only positive was Kenny (D) the young man who brought us out order. He was the only one who apologized, the only one who saw why it would be frustrating on our end. I don't even want to shop at Walmart anymore, let alone to pick up. Now let me explain why I needed to do pickup, I had family exposed to Covid 19 and am on a two week Quarantined so I didn't want to go inside the store.
