I've dined here a while back and was expecting the same food quality but it was disappointing. The prices have gone up but the quality down. I used to actually drive all the way here just to eat here but never again after this experience.
BUYER BEWARE: The greatest surprise was when my bill came that there was a 3.5% Transaction Fee!!! Never before have I paid such a fee here and nowhere was it stated that such a fee was charged. Credit Card fees are a business expense like rent, electricity, license fees etc.... I brought it up to the restaurant and they just said sorry we just started doing it.
= Well, sorry I will NEVER return here and instead go elsewhere where I'm not nickeled and dimed.
I used to always get their Indonesian Fried Rice but this time it was practically about 1.5 onions sliced up in that dish along with lots of baby corn slices. The chicken pieces were chunky and unflavored as was the rice.
**And it was FREEZING inside the restaurant! But I remember that they've always been cold as if the heater has never worked.
The Trout looked great when it came sizzling but that's where the fun ended once I took a bite into it. It was just drenched in a sweet sauce (prob Hoisin) but completely bland other than that. And lotsa fish bones that weren't removed. Definitely not safe for a child! Once again more than 1/2 the veggies were onion slices. It's as though the chef is over compensating to fill up their dish with onions instead.
The side of noodles were just tossed in a sweet sauce with a bit of soy sauce. We ended up taking 2 bites and dumped the rest.

He never checked on me once I received my food and had bad mannerisms to be in the service industry. The food was decent enough so I decided to get it to go another day and ended up with the same guy. I thought no problem because he’s just taking my order. When I asked for another sauce he said I had to pay with an attitude as if I was bothering him. I decided that I had enough with this guy and wanted to inform the manager. He told me there was no manager on duty which is hard to believe. I asked for a refund because I was not going to be talked down to and pay my money to this establishment and he told me only a manager could process a refund. Of what he said is true this restaurant is poorly run. No way you should not have a manager at a restaurant at night time to handle refunds, guests, food quality etc. I wanted to report his bad attitude and poor service to the manager but I guess since they don’t have one at night time that’s why the place has a bad servers who are not held accountable like this guy. First thing I noticed was that the restaurant was about 85 degrees.. we sat down waited for about 20 minutes before we were able to order our food. ( they weren’t very busy ) me and my wife got the hibachi filet mignon and shrimp. And ordered ( the out of control roll ) when they brought the raw sushi roll it was abnormally warm.. the taste was decent however. And eventually we received our steak and shrimp. My steak had so many pieces of fat and gristle… I’ve never seen a filet mignon have fat and gristle like that… asked for medium rare and got a well done mutilated piece of meat. To top it all off. The restaurant automatically slaps an 18% tip on to your bill !!!!!! It ended up being $96 just for mine and my wife’s food. The service was mediocre.. tried to get refills on our drinks several times and was ignored. . The sweet tea I got was hot.. they only put about 2-3 ice cubes for the whole glass. .
