UPDATE: Do not believe the BS replies on these reviews from the Pizza Hut “owner”. After you email the “phcares” given here after every bad review, you get ONE response from a live person telling you that they cannot help you since this Pizza Hut is privately owned. Look, I’m local and I’ve been doing some digging around on this place. If you are a tourist, do not order from here and expect any sort of resolution by corporate. They don’t care. This restaurant is a pizza hut in name only. Locally, everyone here now just orders their pizza from Cherokee mini mart. I’m disputing my charges w visa, I’ve contacted the health department, and am looking into the tribal licensing requirements for businesses who are taking residents funds and not providing the agreed upon services. I’m local and very bored. They are about to really dislike me. TL;DR: They will make your food wrong and not answer the phone. They close the dining room restrooms to customers during business hours. When you show up w the wrong pizza they made and ask for a refund they claim it’s corporate policy to not issue refunds or remake the food due to “supplier cost” and “well, sorry we covered your pepperoni pizza in chicken, we will keep the pizza and not refund you, but here’s a store credit you’ll never receive. And no we can’t make it now” they took my money after they admitted they gave me the wrong pizza and I left w no food. Absolute thieves. I’m local, order from here weekly, and tonight was the fourth pizza we’ve received in a ROW that was MADE COMPLETELY INVORRECTLY.. For whatever reason, the past four pizzas we’ve ordered from this location have been covered in chicken: we don’t nor have we ever ordered chicken pizza. Tonight I had finally had it and tried to call and complain and for a solid hour I was outsourced to a call center in India. While I was absolutely floored by the realization that this Pizza Hut was serving food without having a direct phone line, my husband tried calling corporate where the recording directed him to call the local store. Which of course I was doing, only the store was routing calls to India. I tried submitting a complaint via the app chat where I had placed the initial order and the app was so glitchy on my new iPhone that I couldn’t get the relevant info through to the first chat and the second chat ended because they “didn’t like my tone” after I asked for a phone number to speak to a live human. I finally drove out to the store and there were two employees only [one who claimed to be a manger,] who both claimed there was no way my pizza was wrong because they “were slow tonight and the manager himself” made them. Well, manager himself opened the boxes and realized he sent out chicken pizzas. He said he was sorry but it was corporate policy “no refunds “and he didn’t offer to remake the pizza.

There were people EATING in the dining room and this Pizza Hut had already closed their bathrooms “for the night”.
How is it legal to take credit card information and not provide service, AND keep a restaurant running w no restrooms?

Read moreWas visiting from out of town. Pizza hut was close to the motel we where staying at. So we decided just to order a pizza and pick it up for supper. When I called in my carry out order. You could tell the women answering the phone was new. Because she kept having to ask about everything. After finally getting my order she told me it would be about 30 minutes. So we wait thirty minutes. Go to pick it up and the girl comes to the window asked could she help us. We told her we was there to pick a call in. She said just a minute. After a few minutes we see serval people walking around like they was looking for something. The women comes to the window tells us the price takes the money. And said just a minute and I'll get your order. After five minutes she comes back to tell us their looking for our pizza. Waited another 10 minutes for I guess the manger she never said. But she tells us that our pizza had been giving to someone else. And we could have their pizza. Which was a meat lovers and the one I had order was a one topping. So we agree because by then I had to hungry kids ready to eat. So we take the pizza and she said let me get your wings and cheese sticks. So she comes back and gave them to us. Only to coming back saying hold on a minute that's garlic bites not cheese sticks. She then asked us if we wanted them or cheese sticks. We told her the cheese sticks we order so we give them back to her. She then says it'll be five minutes almost 15 minutes later we get our cheese sticks. Which now everything else is cold. Read moreThe absolute worse experience that I have had with any Pizza Hut. It took 2 hours for our pizza to be delivered. It was ordered on October 9, 2021 at 8:15 pm, the email said it would be delivered in 25 - 35 minutes. The pizza didn’t arrive until 10:07 pm. I called the restaurant three times, first at 9:09 pm and spoke to a woman, she stated the driver hadn’t left yet but he had our food and he would be there soon. Second time I called was at 9:49 pm, I spoke with a Nick that stated he was a manager but he offered no explanation to where the driver was or when our pizza would arrive other than “soon”. The third time I called was at 10:00 pm, I spoke with a Travis that stated he was a manager but he didn’t offer any explanation other than they only had one driver. The Pizza Hut is 1.2 miles away and a 4 minute drive. I spoke to the driver when he arrived, he explained that there was 2 drivers currently working and the 3rd had went home. I am really not sure what was going on in that store. 2 managers, 1-2 OR 3 drivers and it took 114 minutes for 3 medium pizzas to be made and delivered. We were staying in a hotel, we had decided to order pizza, while it’s on the way we would get ready to go to the pool. After we ate, the plan was swim as long as we could. The hotel pool closes at 11:00 pm. Our last night in Cherokee, NC and my family didn’t get to enjoy the pool before we leave in the morning. I wouldn’t recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone other than a location for NEW management staff or a demolition company. Sometimes it’s better to clean the slate and start over.
