Some employees are very miserable and they act like they don't want to help. Was there the other day, sign says BOGO on Gain detergent. When the cashier and manager told me it was other Gain products on the opposite side of the aisle from the sign. I proceeded to repeat what they told me while I grabbed my pods. The cashier came back to meet me at the register and told me, in front of a long line of customers, I had to get out of the store for having an attitude. I never raised my voice or said anything that would warrant me getting tossed out. Think the staff needs an overhaul or something. Good social distancing measures in place. Shopped there Saturday May 15, 2021. Store was clean. Employees courteous and quick to wait on us. Found some of what we needed and some they did not carry. An okay shopping experience and I would go back. The problem is they are short handed and the store is the only one right in Cherokee that carries basic household items and such. They are doing the best they can with what they have. Rather limited selection of items. Appears they are having trouble keeping up with stocking the shelves. Considering this happened during the gas crunch after the Colonial Pipeline hack... I can't help wondering if that factored in. Trying to run a business in these crazy times must be...
