This is the worst Dunkin's I have been to my entire life. I sat at the drive thru speaker and had to wait 3-4 minutes and when I kept saying "hello?" someone finally answered. The woman on the speaker took my order, asked me what size I wanted TWICE, and still got it wrong. I ordered two drinks and the other one they couldn't make and instead of telling me that and communicating, she just didn't say anything -- I asked them "Hey I ordered another drink but wasn't charged for it " and the first girl completely ignored me? A different second girl came and asked me what I was waiting on and I said my second drink and told her that I ordered it but they didn't charge me for it. So the second girl takes my order AGAIN, charged me for it and after 5 minutes of waiting they said "oh she didn't charge you for it the first time bc we don't have the stuff to make it". Why didn't the first girl just tell me that? So not only was my order wrong, I was up-charged for a larger size I didn't want, and was charged for a drink I had to wait on that was never made. I asked for a refund and was extremely annoyed at this point bc who spends 15 minutes at a drive thru for that? I was patient at first bc they said they were extremely busy inside. But then it just kept getting worse and worse and I was charged money for basically things I didn't want or get. Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. To begin with, the quality of the food was far below even the most basic expectations. The donuts I purchased were dry, flavorless, and tasted as though they had been sitting out for an extended period of time. There was no freshness or appeal—just a bland, almost stale product that did not reflect the standards one would normally associate with the Dunkin’ brand.
Unfortunately, the poor food quality was only made worse by the level of customer service I encountered. The staff appeared disinterested and dismissive from the moment I walked in. I was not greeted upon entering, and when I approached the counter, the employee seemed irritated to take my order. There was no courtesy, no attempt to be helpful, and certainly no sense of professionalism. When I politely asked a question about the menu, I was met with a curt, almost annoyed response.
Overall, this visit was thoroughly unsatisfactory on every level. The lack of care in both the food preparation and customer service was evident, and I left feeling unwelcome and dissatisfied. I would strongly discourage others from visiting this location based on my experience, and I sincerely hope management takes steps to address these...
Read moreSo I just went through the Dunkin donuts on kirchoff road and I ordered a maple sugar bacon sandwich I pulled up to the window and waited about 10 mins for someone to even come up to the window as I watched them clean the store and walk around doing absolutely nothing. Finally they come to the window take my money without even saying anything and hand me everything I say thank you and as she just walks away from the window. I drive home and open up the sandwich and it's completely burnt!!( ihave photos but cant post them on this review) Who see's a sandwich that looks like this and wraps it up and gives it to the customer????? I then call the store 3 times without no one picking up the phone oh yeahh I forgot to mention it was not busy! Just me and one other car no one inside! I then drive back and go inside and see the rude girl who gave me my food sitting on her phone and I show her the sandwich and ask if she would eat this and why she would give this to a customer and she says sorry we have no more croissants and I told her well I want my refund and she says nothing and gives me my money back.
