One of the worst and most blantantly prejudicial customer service experiences around for a Starbucks. Unfortunately, it's sadly still better overall than the other one in town. We definitely need a higher caliber, independent choice in the area.
The terrible experience starts off with being absolutely unacknowledged by all baristas as I stand right by the register for way too long. Eventually a younger male barista walked up and was apparently being purposely difficult in taking the order, unless he's overwhelmed since the females are extremely full of themselves to the point of not even showing basic interpersonal skills.
After getting my food, I wanted a plate and walked back up to a young, blonde, female barista whom was extremely full of herself with a pretentious attitude as I simply asked for a plate three times. All the while she is being apparently ignorant pretending to not hear me even though I'm a couple feet in front of her. Yet she expects me to hear her ridiculous, disingenuous sorry. Only come here cause of circumstances and being close by, otherwise I wouldn't bother.
This place is a perfect example of how people need to get a grip with their self absorbed ignorance and not be entitled as well. Leave ignorant assumptions and insecurities at home. Have some open mindedness. Absolutely ridiculous environment here as a customer and as a grown man that apparently doesn't fit some mold coming though here just to get basic service, let alone treated with dignity and respect. We really need better alternatives to Starbucks...
Read moreObviously, this could have been just one bad shift of baristas, but judging by the other reviews over the past several months, I doubt it. In the 30 minutes I was there, the crew was making loud, jarring, and, in some cases, downright disgusting noises. There was extremely loud talking across the café, screaming outbursts, and multiple loud retching sounds that they apparently thought were funny. To their credit, one teammate did tell their coworker they shouldn’t do that. However, the person then went to the back and repeated the behavior for a coworker there, as I could still hear the retching noise coming from the back.
It also seemed like they forgot customers were present in the café. At one point, a worker came out to the wall of cups and packaged coffee to check stock for a drive-thru order. After checking several out-of-stock items, they found one that was available. As the worker grabbed it, I could hear her say, “All that work for this?!”
Honestly, I could go on, but I doubt anything will change, as it looks like others have been giving feedback for months without results. This behavior reflects poorly on management and suggests indifference toward customer experience.
Bottom line: if you just want the coffee or food, go through the drive thru. If you want atmosphere or a place to work,...
Read moreThis is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to in my entire life. Not only is my coffee burnt but the service was horrendous! There was only 1 other person in the restaurant and my 1 drink and 1 pastry took almost 20 minutes. Once my order was finally finished, not a “sorry” or “can we warm that back up for you since it’s cold now.” Nothing. I don’t expect a lot from fast food or quick restaurants but at the very least I expect the Barista to apologize for the extended amount of time it took. And here is a piece of advice, talk more to your customers instead of the other workers when there is an issue. Don’t just slide my drink towards me without so much as a “have a good day.” You would think the Barista was mute because she just ignored me. And god forbid I had the audacity to ask for my pastry to be reheated now that it was ice cold. Just grab the pastry out of my hand and not say anything?
Please if you have any other coffee shop go to that one. Do not waste your money here. And if you get a Barista named “Aliyah” run for the hills. You will receive terrible service and your coffee will be...
